My Family and I checked into the Antlers on july 8th 2024. during check in we realized that our vehicle wouldnt fit into the parking garage because of the luggage rack on top. we were given the option to park across the street in publin parking or pay to leave it with vlaet IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING). Came down several hours later to find that one of our bicycles had been carfully unstrapped and cable lock cut off and bike stolen. this was all 15 feet in front of the front door and the valet stand. security stated "there was a person milling around your vehicle for quite some time, obviously checking it out, then the bike is gone. the security staff and hotel staff were less than helpful. ******************* told me to give him a week to figure out what to do. after a week passed,i called to figurew out how to proceed. He offered me 1/4 of the replacement value of the bike for me to leave him alone. I really cant tell if their security team is so lazy to let one of the many homeless people surrounding the area took the bike or if someone there did?!?!?! very dosappointed in how this was handledReview from Robert C
