            This is the third season for my deck awning, which is a large one (about 500 soft). Out West did a fantastic job of evaluating the construction and the strength needed for this structure. It covers most of my deck, and provides an outdoor living and dining space for at least fifteen people. I also had them install wind/sun shades for the sides, as my deck exposure is south and west, and sits fifteen feet off the ground, so it can also be pretty windy. Out West took the time to construct the trusses, install them to make sure it all worked, then took it all down so it could be powder coated. After that, the structure was put up and a template made for the fabric to be sewn. Also a great job. The customer service has been fantastic. They came and rolled the fabric back to the roofline when we thought we were going to get 15+ inches of snow. They also came to inspect the lacing after the 12/21 windstorm. This is a local business, and they have an incredible work ethic. Worth your support.Im a fan.
