I took my Jeep to this organization to fix a leak in my transmission, they claimed to fix it at a cost of ******. I picked my jeep up 4 days after dropping it off and prior to my leaving their lot my engine light came on and my vehicle was running extremely poor. When I initially dropped my vehicle off it did not have symptoms other than the leaky transmission. Now it was choking out and again the engine light was on. They took my vehicle back and informed me they washed the engine and this probably effected my spark plugs. They apologized and after an hour they gave my vehicle back claiming they fixed the issue. 4 blocks down the road the engine light again came on, took it back and they again claimed to fix it. Long story short the engine light never turned off after them having my vehicle for another 4 days. They informed me my vehicle "kept breaking itself" and they were done trying to figure out the issue. After taking my vehicle to another mechanic I was informed by washing the engine **** Senter had created a misfire in my catalytic converter which now needed to be replaced. They left me to contend with a ******* fix to a problem they created. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They claimed I was a liar and that my vehicle "kept breaking itself". I have had 2 separate mechanics confirm this issue was caused by **** Senter Tire and Auto washing the engine and saturating the ignition coils. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right and at every turn they belittled me and disregarded me all together. I will be taking them to court.
