I would not recommend buying here. I purchased a 2024 Corolla and had to argue for an hour with finance to credit my purchase with the $1000 down payment I put down to order the vehicle before he finally agreed it had not been deducted. When showing the price of extended warranties, the cost is bundled into the loan payment instead of showing exactly how much the warranty is costing. So I got out my calculator to figure it out at which point he became annoyed. Expensive warranties. The worse thing is that it is now 6 weeks later and DMV still does not have the title paperwork even though the title person assured me 2 weeks ago it was on her desk to be FEDEXed that day (what a coincidence). I will now have to get another temp tag as I will be going on a road trip. They also fail to return messages or phone calls once you have purchased the vehicle. Would not recommend Corwin. The only reason it has 2 stars is because I like the vehicle.Review from Jacob R

I cannot believe how disrespectful, deceiving and inappropriate "*********" the sales manager was to me! I had gone home for Christmas and I had been looking for a Prius. I had just bough a brand new 2023 nx450h Lexus hybrid. I was putting to many miles due to my commute to work. Mind you I have almost spent ******* with Toyota in the last year! I drove up to Colorado springs from ****** and went and met with a sales guy named ******, I test drove this low mileage Prius; it drove nice and it looked as though from the inside and under the hood was well taken care of. It was a one-owner car and it had only been maintained with Toyota with nothing REPORTED on car fax. I though I was getting a good deal. I financed it with Toyota and got the warranties and was on my way. I went to have checked because my oil light went on my way to ******. The car place also did auto body and they asked if i was aware of the SAVERE hail damage. I didn't even know what that was. I took it back to the dealership and told them what was told to me! "JR ******* told me! Yelling at me as if I was a child in trouble; "I am not taking that car back! you bough it! it was your fault you did not see the damage and that he did not have to disclose any dings or hail damage to the car!" I told him "that I was unaware of damage like this and if I could buy a new or different car I did not mind putting more money down I was just unhappy with the car"! Mind you this is less then 12 hours after I bough the car! "********* said "sure Ill take the prius you just bought as a trade in And Valued it less then half i bough it for plus did not want to credit me in any way for the $4000.00 I spent in warranties! I told him I could not believe i was being treated like this! I told JR that I called Toyota customer relations and Jr **** they have nothing over us and this is a business anything else if your not going to buy a car! I said No sir! I told him i wanted to express my concerns with the ** heard NothingReview from Amanda T

I was having issues with my tires after seeing them and took it somewhere else and they had me out in their garage to SHOW me the issue. My tires had not been rotated in some time - even though I saw corwin two weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation. And been seeing only corwin consistently. Also two oil changes ago they messed up and I had an oil leak which they gave me free oil changes for- mistakes happen. My last oil change with the rotation also left ANOTHER oil leak. I am finished with this place! My tires were upgraded and spent a lot of money on through a company toyota worked with. They have a 55k mile warranty which is now VOID because at 39k the tires have damage from the rotation issue - which I HAD been going to and have documentation it was DONE!!!! Not only is the tire warranty void for expensive tires but also its dangerous.Review from Mike M

.I pity the fools who work for this business due to the fact that they have to lie to sell a product. And how can a certified Toyota dealer release a vehicle that has a low oil quantity? When is this business going to clean up the way it does business ?A **** rating is pathetic... Good customer service is the backbone of any business that has any scruples.I have nothing good to say about this alleged business...Review from Susan H

Last trip to Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs. Picked up my car the whole driver's door was covered in *********** push start had grease all around it. I sent pics to the 3 managers n never received a word back. It scared me to think someone so blatantly disrespectful could have done a ******************* job on rotors n brakes also. Plus, dropped my car off at 9 n told them I needed new back rotors n went to pick up at 3 n was told they would have to go get them n had to wait another 2 hoursReview from K.R. W

I bought a 2022 ******* Tucson it had a dent in the right fender. I bought this ********* unseen as Im inGrand ******* The sales manager informed me the dent was removed and sent a picture to show it. The problem was that evidently when it was hit it also separated the fender from the front clip. This was not fixed when the dent was taken out unknown to me. Even tho the sales manager said it was fixed. The car was delivered to me in *********. And I did not notice this damage till the next day. I informed Corwin of this problem and the refuse to acknowledge that they need to do the right thing and finish the repair. Im now going to have do the repair at my expense and dont think they did the right thing. Needless to say, they will not get anymore of my business.Review from Ryan G

After enduring the 3-hour-long buying process, which included tedious negotiation to remove Corwin's ridiculous hidden fees, I was finally walking out of the dealership with the keys to my new car. That's when they decided to tell me the car didn't have a spare tire. Seems irresponsible!Review from Jerry S

I called Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs when they opened at 8am to see if they still had an SUV. ****** told me yes but they was getting a-lot of interest in it. He told me he would put a sold sign on it if I gave him a non refundable $1000. I told him sure because we wanted it. I gave him my credit card number. I also told him I would be there in a couple of hours because the drive was so far. I receive a call on the road from ***** saying I am second in line of buying it. I told her that I secured it with a deposit. She told me that was not the case and I was never charged. I told her she better have a manager call me because I had already left and was half way there. I then receive a call from ******* saying that ****** should have never told me he would secure it for me. Very bad business. I decided to give Auto nation my money because they wanted it.Review from Jade R

The dealer lied about the deposit. She said it was refundable, and that if anything was wrong with the car, I would get it back. When the car was looked at by the dealership they said it was not able to be sold and then she refused to give the thousand dollar deposit back. Do not go to this dealership.Review from Gwendolyn C

Absolutely horrible dealership I do not recommend this company to anybody especially if youre female. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to buy for my son for his graduation. I contacted them on a Friday I was told that I need to put down $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle as it had just arrived into the store, and they needed to do a check on the car; not a problem I understood and I complied with $1000 deposit on Friday. I was informed by my sales rep that the vehicle was inspected and is in perfect standing and at that point I explained that I will be down to purchase the vehicle at 100% cost of $11,000 on the following Thursday. On Tuesday I received a text message from my sales rep asking if I could come down to pick up the vehicle early I had explained several times no because my check for the $11,000 will not clear until that Thursday and I would be down on Thursday at that point he explained to me that he had an existing appointment for his daughters heart and I needed to come down on Tuesday. I asked him why I had to be there on a Tuesday. I could talk to any sales rep as long as he got the commission I did it shouldnt have mattered to the company who Received the check out of my him. Hes very adamant so I went in on Tuesday with a check post dated. 3days later the engine started jumping. I get the inspection back from ******* who quickly informed me that not only was the engine damaged but also it had cracks in the gears, and the mechanic deliberately removed the codes to show that the engine will actually have problems in order for it to pass an emissions. Fast forward to the conversations with the internal staff. I called and spoke with the receptionist who dispatched me to the *** who is who I wanted to talk to about receiving this faulty vehicle. instead, I get a call from a sales rep who got loud. I recorded the entire conversation and was told theres nothing they can do. FRAUDULENT, despicable, intentionally deceptive theives!
