This location provided quality professional service. This is the second time I visited this location and their staff is always provides excellent customer service. I feel valued as a customer when I arrive there and explain my situations.May 2nd 2022 I drop my vehicle off at 8:00 AM two investigated prior issue with my transmission, hard shifting. I did some research but obviously I wanted to leave it to the experts as the engine light came on sending a code. ***** as my second encounter with him able to identify the problem and advised what it would take to repair the vehicle. They provided a courtesy vehicle to transport port me back to work and pick me up later to return me to pick up my truck on that same day. Everything was explained and went as I expected and planned financially. I would highly recommend ***** and his staff as they continue to provide me excellent service getting me back on the road with excellent personal skills are being displayed by ***** and his staff. So thank you for their willingness to do whatever it takes and follow through on what they say.
