We see that ******* Tree Service is under new ownership. We had used Terrells Tree Service twice before. We thought they had performed very well on those previous occasions. We called them on March 28 asking them to come out and look at our large maple tree. We did hear back from them, so we called again about trimming or possibly cutting down our tree on April 5th since we had not heard from them. The lady in the office said they would visit the following week. They were supposed to visit us on 3 days the week of April 8. We were told that they would visit on three different days. I called each day after they failed to show up after sitting at home waiting for them. We received no phone call that they would not be out to visit with us. I called again on Thursday April 11 to to confirm that they would be at our home on Friday, April 12. I called several times on my cellphone phone with no response. Consequently I called from my home phone and ******* answered. They said they would be out on Friday April 12. Again, a no show. I suspect they saw my cellphone ID, and didn't pick up. Interesting that they answered to my home phone. If they were not interested in our business they should have told us so. We are moving on to a different tree service. It appears that when the company changed owners, the company went down the toilet.
