Do not do business with this dealership! My client entered into a purchase agreement on March 5th 2024 to purchase a used 4Runner. The Client when to get financing taken care of and on March 8th 2024 a wire for the entire purchase was sent to Doggett Toyota of Beaumont. My client went to pick up the vehicle on March 9th 2024 but the vehicle he had a purchase agreement on had been sold to someone else. My client did not want to purchase another vehicle from this dealership however they have not and it appears will not return his money. As of April 2nd the dealership has not returned any of the funds, they have not provided a timeline for a return of the funds and they have not given a legitimate reason for them keeping the funds. They are full of excuses, "the accounting department doesn't have a phone number", "we just expanded and are short staffed". Unfortunately legal action is going to be the next step with this shady business.Review from CM

I understand that businesses are short staffed, but communication, organization, customer service should still be a plus. Kinsel Toyota in Beaumont, Texas does NOT display those qualities. Paperwork is lost (even in this digital age). They call and tell you that parts are in only to arrive and discover no one has any record of any parts being ordered. Some of us rearrange our schedules and drive 75 miles to accomplish nothing in getting our repairs done. This has happened repeatedly.
