I purchased a 250 ****** yz four stroke dirt bike 8/12/22, at time of purchase I bought extended warranty, to cover until 9/12/25 from Torque Group..I was told this would cover any issues with bike with a zero deductible.. ********* failed, I brought In for service 5/13/23..They tore it down, told me it would be covered under warranty, would get a PO from Torque Group..Torque denied the claim, I didnot have proof of oil changesI serviced it my self every 10 hrs of use..It was only ridden on week ends , never raced, bought for my grandson I was never told I had to keep detailed proof of serviceThier is not a speed ometer or hour meter on the bike, the dealer said they saw any problem with oil I picked the. Bike up in August of this year, motor was torn down and put in a box..I feel this should of been covered under warrantyI request a refund for the contract I purchased ****** have not received any thingI feel I have been ripped offThen I was charged ****** when I picked the bike up, and it was all the piecesI have purchased ****** products for years, have never had a problemI financed through ****** credit, paying for something. I cant use,I am taking care of my agreement, but they or not.I will not purchase anything else from this outfit, will tell everyone I know the kind of service I have received..
