This location in *********, ***** has gave me problems from day one. It is being managed by someone who I suspect and to my own opinion can't manage themselves for example I had a check I deposited in hopes to receiving my money only to be giving what appears to be a "I owe you" note...On top of this I overhear the manager asking the teller after receiving the paper note from the banking computer which states I should get my funds on the 4th, this totally rude and very unpolite manager was even asking the teller if in a weird smirking way if they could make me wait longer and the teller stated that they couldn't. Well now I find myself here on the date my funds should be available only to be told that it was still on hold and the manager would call back. The manager at PNC Bank that issued the check said it cleared and was cashed on the 24th by Neches and I needed to contact the manager at Neches so I call back only to be told that the manager wasn't in today so if that is the case they lied saying she was calling back for starters and on top of this said that my funds would be available on the 9th so thanks to the unprofessionalism of the staff at Neches Federal Credit Union in *********, ***** I will wait a total of 16 days to receive a check I had deposited and I will add the remark that this wasn't a payroll check ladies and gentlemen it was issued by PNC Bank so IF IT TAKES THIS LONG TO CASH A CHECK FROM A BANK ITSELF YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THE ***** WOULD DO WITH A PAYROLL CHECK IF YOU GET MY DRIFT....I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONSIDER A MORE PROFESSIONAL BANKING SOLUTION AS NECHES IS ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER SO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF OR SAVE YOUR TROUBLES.
