            My 2003 225 VMAX motor blew up the power head in March 2020. Took it to Jorgensen Marine for repairs. Got the boat back from repairs in September 2020. Took the Boat out in October 2020 the motor locked up and broke again, under warranty for Jorgensen. Took the boat back for repairs, got the Boat back again in February 2021. Got the boat fixed for the second time, and took it out again and it broke again in March 2021. Got it fixed again under warranty and got it back in August 2021. After 7 hours of run time I took it back to Jorgensen Marine to read the codes on the motor. The motor was still not fixed and went back in for repairs. Got it out in November 2021, 3 hours of run time took it back to read codes, motor was still not fixed and went back in for repairs. Got the boat back in January 2022, 3 hours of run time took it back to read the codes, boat is still not fixed back in for repairs. Got it out in March 2022, no run time would not crank at house, boat still not fixed back in for repairs. Got the boat back April 2022 10 minutes of run time, boat was not running right, back in for repairs. I can not get this boat fixed from a Yamaha licensed repair center. They keep giving me the run around saying we will fix it for sure this time. I do not know what i am seeking except for a working motor. I would prefer to bring it to another service provider to fix the motor correctly and send the invoice to Jorgensen. A complete refund would be nice as well. The end goal of this is a working Motor on my boat. The boat is in the shop currently at Jorgensen being working on again but from my past experiences the boat will not be fixed correctly this time as well. The name on file at Jorgensen is Willie Fabre because he paid for the repairs originally. The motor is under warranty with Jorgensen. Feel free to reach out for additional info.

            i purchased a used motor of course, without warranty. It lasted all of about an hr, run time, and it came with no prop, that i actually paid for. The oiling system in the engine quit working, by the time the buzzer came on it was too late. This is something that should have been checked prior to before being sold to someone. , and now they want me to pay for it to be rebuilt. I understand its a used motor, but it should still last more than 1hr. Thanks so much.

            Mr ******* purchased a used 2005 Mercury 150 outboard motor in "February" 2021. The purchase price for the motor was $2000.00 , it is clearly stated on the receipt that it was sold with no warranties. Mr ******* came to the dealership on "October" 27th (8 months later) and said the engine was "blowed up". I asked what happened and he said he did not know just that it was blowed up! We discussed the fact that there was no warranty, however we offered to look at it and possibly assist him with the cost of parts. To date we have no contact from Mr *******.
