              ON JULY 20 I PLACED A CALL TO AIR COMFORT TO COME OF AND CHECK OUT MY CENTRAL UNIT. AIR COMFORT TECHNICATIONS CAME OUT ON JULY 21, 2021 AT APROX 12 ;30, LOOKED AT MY OUTSIDE UNIT AND MY THERMASTAT THAT'S INSIDE. THEN THE TECH SAID THE MOTOR WAS NOT WORKING. AND THAT HE WILL CALL ME WITH A PRICE FOR THE MOTOR AND HOW MUCH TO FIX IT. SO I ASKED THE TECH THAT MY AIR CONTINUE TO RUN AND I WOULD LIKE FROM HIM TO SEE WHY IT CONTINUE TO RUN AND IF THAT'S THE PROBLEM WHY THE AIR IS BROKEN. THE TECH TOLD MY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL HE COME BACK OUT TO LOOK AT THE INSIDE UNIT. THE TECH NEVER CALL BACK WITH THE QUOTE. THEN ON JULY 22 THE DESK CLERK CALLED ME AND SAID I NEED TO MAKE THE 85.00 PAYMENT. I TRIED TO EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT THE TECH HAD SAID AND TO TELL HER THAT HE DIDN'T GET FINISH AND THAT HE SAID HE WAS COMING BACK. SHE WAS NONCOMPLAINT, SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR. THE SUPERVISOR(LOUIS) WAS INFORMED AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK, BUT HE NEVER
