*********************, professional, he was able to get my problem solved in 2 phone calls., might I add with Xmas days away. They keep a record of all the products Ive bought at Rameys with the dates, cabinets, counters and flooring. I wouldnt do business with any other company. Went to a local business's ribbon cutting/grand opening celebration and was amazed by some of the beautiful work done by Ramey Carpet One Floor & Home! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly shone through in every aspect of their work. I have previously stopped by Ramey Floor's showroom, and I highly recommend checking it out. It is beautiful! Their service is top-notch. Their knowledgeable staff and exceptional craftsmanship will surely leave you impressed.Review from Kaye R

I was amazed at the selection they have. The entire staff was so patient and nice. *****, went above. She is an asset to this company. I also purchased other products. Love the rugs, lamps. paintings . I will highly recommend this company to my friends. We are a large community with new homes being built all the time. LVP floors done in Dec 2019 , planks are lifting in multiple locations . Sent numerous messages to them but no response . Didnt seem to leave room for expansion and since this is their business , they should know better . Would never recommend them . They never even reached out after our whole remodel was done . Got the money and basically was done with us !! We are also stuck with 2 extra boxes of planks they had us over buy but I guess we will need them now .Review from Donna A

I bought flooring for my home, I was told I needed to buy 10% more than I Actually needed, which I did, then the sales person said to me they DO NOT BUY BACK, I said ok not knowing that these people over sell their product, and with their no REFUND policies in place the only person out of money is the customer in my case I have 5 and 3/4 boxes of flooring in my home with nothing to do with I was told by the salesman to sell it on eBay HOW SAD.When other store's in the area takes back Access material I WISH I HAD READ BBB reports BEFORE I BOUGHT FROM THIS STORE. They are actually CHEATING people I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

We thank you for supporting the local business. Ramey Floor & Home has been in business for over 38 years, and we take these matters very seriously. We are truly sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. That is truly not our intention.
After looking into the matter; Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of the extra boxes of the flooring because it is a special order from the manufacturer with specific lot.
It is the manufacturer and our company policy that there is no cancellation and return policy of all special order which was agreed and signed by ALL of our customer before we placed a special order for our customer.
I hope you understand our policy. Again, we are truly sorry about your unfortunate experience.

We ordered our kitchen cabinets here and there was some damage upon receipt (which isn't the store's fault but the employee that sold me the cabinets ensured me they would replace or fix anything that arrived damaged), after a year of back and forth and dealing with multiple employees (since they kept leaving the company), last lady sent us the cabinet reps information and told us we had to deal with them directly and refused to help or respond to my emails. Wouldn't buy from here again if they're not going to help their customers and make things right! Horrible customer service.
