      I ordered a piece 11/10/21. ID#:5228416Order.Was told 1 month delivery. As of 2/23/22 i keep getting runaround time and time again. $425 invested. This company is terrible.

      Worst place I've ever come across. They deserve 0 stars this company is so bad. After waiting a year to recieve my hair pc's I could see it was not what I ordered at all and was just a stk. pc off the shelf. Color totally wrong was not styled like I ordered. Dumb and Dumber Jim Carey had a better hair cut. Company's a joke don't waste your money.

      Darin L. order# ******* I also Ordered 3 hairpieces on 8/16/2020 and was told estimated time to delivery is 6-7 weeks for a total of $929.00. I have called them every 2 months since order has been delayed and they have explained to me about the pandemic and there being delays. Fast forward it's now 11/30/2021 and 15 months later and no delivery or any estimated date for delivery. I was told 4-5 months ago they can get a date now. I have ask to talk to the owner(**** answer the phone last couple of times) and he said he would message him to call me, NO RESPONSE. Now when I got off the phone today he told me he was too busy to call his customer. I see no end in sight to my situation and customer service really doesn't help. I guess I will have to file a complaint with BBB and maybe get in contact with Lawyer from Florida if someone isn't going to either deliver my order or give me a refund.

      Dear ****** your order was shipped on 12.16.21 via USPS Priority Mail tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We apologize for the long delay that has been a result a the pandemic. We do receive orders every week from the factory and they are working diligently. There are so many issues that occurred since COVID hit and has effected the hair industry tremendously. Delays are still a major problem. We wish more than anything that the industry and production time would go back to normal. However, that has not happened yet. We want you and all of our client's to get their orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that is not something that we can control. Per the USPS website, indicates your order was delivered to you yesterday. We hope that you like your systems and if there is anything we can do please let us know.

      I ordered units on July 1, 2020 #XXXXXXX. Now over 15 months later still have not received product. Inquiries are generally ignored or dismissed and request for a refund (for product never delivered) was denied. Particularly disturbing is their continued deceptive advertising and marketing with statement from the CEO on the covid situation stating that custom unit turn around times are now around 4 months. I have been waiting 15 months. It certainly appears that I have been de frauded.

      Hi *****, we appreciate your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay in your order. We have absolutely no intention of defrauding you or any of our customers. We are at the mercy of the factory right now. Due to all of the affects the pandemic has had on the hair industry, we are still suffering from it. The main problem at this time is the hand knotting workers. Normally, the factories use knotting centers in N. Korea to complete all custom hair systems. However, since the borders have been closed due to the pandemic they are unable to use their services and all hair systems are made by hand in house. They have had to hire and train many new workers for this job and it is a very long process for someone unexperienced in this type of work. We wish more than anything that this delay in production would improve and it has, unfortunately only slightly. We would like to help you in any way we can. We have also submitted a request personally to the factory owner in regards to the status of your order.
