This message comes with utter disappointment from the appalling service my family and I recently received from Lucky's Blinds.
My family entrusted you with a job and you failed miserably causing only headaches and frustration! Your complete lack of professionalism was clearly demonstrated by your inapt way of communicating with a dissatisfied customer.
You were made aware of our needs and preference before and yet you continue to be ignorant and speak lies saying that is not what was told to you. You've installed blinds that clearly makes no sense and obviously doesn't flow with the immense size of my open concept living area!
I repeatedly advised you that the scorching rays of the sun is unbearable and you assured me that you have the 'perfect blinds' to solve that problem. Well, clearly that was not the blinds I received. I've been very patient with you for the past several months and repeatedly advised you that the blinds installed needs to changed not only because of the sun but also because of your inability to do a professional and tasteful job.
This past week you entered my home and hurriedly removed the blinds stating you'll return with the ones discussed. Now you're threatening and demanding myself and my family for more money or else you're not returning the blinds. You even had another person come on the phone placing monetary demands on my husband.
This is not professional; this is not the way you treat customers!
You've caused so much frustration and totally disrupted my home and family! I've told you that my daughter is only home for a few months from university and because of your hastiness of removing the blinds from her room she's now sleeping on the floor in her sister's room. This clearly shows you have no consideration or respect for anyone!
