I absolutely hate this company! I had been with them since 2021, they never paid me any of the commissions. The customer service is horrible, they give you the run around completely when it comes to collecting your money. I have emails from suppliers telling me they sent my commission but inteletravel say they don't have it.Review from Kristin Y

I work for this travel agency as a representative and agent. I have been with them for less than a year and have gotten SO much support from my mentors! I have a team FULL of amazing leaders that truly pour into us! I have made extra income to help pay for things with my upcoming wedding but Ive also made great savings on my own travel!Review from Mariah B

They are awful! I have been trying to get my commission on a sale for about a year now with no luck. I have sent copies of the cancelled checks from the vendor along with the vendors bank statement showing that they cashed and deposited the check. I still have not received my payment. Every time I call, they say they are escalating my ticket, but nothing happens. It just sits there and when i call customer service they tell me the same thing and won't let you speak to anyone in the accounting department and when you try to Chat, they will just disconnect you without warning when they can't help you.Review from Victoria L

The customer service is horrible when submitting tickets it takes the assigned personnel beyond the stated time frame to reply does the CEO and other upper heads even care about the independent travel agents who are making consistent money for the company ?????Review from Makicha G

Do not join they ignore your request and take 30% of your commission. I feel like if you paying for a membership why are you taking that much commission from your travel agents? I asked for a breakdown of my commission about two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I am starting my travel agency. I saw so many things done wrong while working for Inteletravel that they could do better.Review from Attieh H

Ive been a travel agent with InteleTravel.com for two years. I was hesitant to start with the company at first, but Im glad that I did.I love providing my clients with the best travel experience, and I feel like InteleTravel has my back if something were to ever go wrong, even if my client is on their vacation.They have updated their new agent training and provide a lot of helpful information from Ambassadors and Master Ambassadors. Like any other business, it takes hard work and dedication. Results dont happen overnight, but the results are so gratifying.You dont have to recruit, and there are no sales quotas. You decide how much you want to sell, and you earn commission while helping clients make memories.Im so happy to be apart of InteleTravel.
