Total ****!!! They promise and sell you one thing, but can't deliver on it. I've tried calling them to discuss, sometimes I get hung up on, when I ask to talk to a superior or manager, they tell me they are in meetings, they don't take phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!Review from Shawn R

The most terrible decision's in my life . I was in a vacation trip to *************** located in ********** , The day before to arrived to the mentioned hotel , one of those people , starting to speak with us , and starting to offering a lots of drinks , very friendly ,He make a shorts histories , spending all day with us ,I remember that He given to us one tour for other hotel for the same chain Other persons spoked with me regarding the hotel benefits ,dont remainder the specific words that He told me because I was drunk , also I didnt sign my contract , my partner sign for me , that is completely ilegal , When I trying to put the complain they never give me the real solutions . They say that I had options to say no at the time of sign of contract . And given me a lot of arguments , also the man ask me why I didin nothing during my trip ? I explain to Him ,that I not have a idea that I signed an expensive contract for many years only for timeshare , The man in the line not bring me any solutions ,only teaching me about the benefits of the membership etc . And try to compensate with certificates with days free , etc , I want my money back !! I hope if someone investigate this company and their methods to get the contracts and still using the visitors to take advantage of them using a manipulative manners to wait until people are drunk . We are rejecting to going back to ****************** , I never will be fell safe in any place under this company .Royal Holiday Club Response

My annual fee is due (thats another story in itself) and when I log onto their payment site, it wont take all 16 digits of my credit card number (only takes 15). When I dial any of their numbers, no one answers, then the call times-out. Next, theyll probably try to charge me a late fee. Then Ill have to file a complaint.Royal Holiday Club Response

It is important to mention that, as per our records, on January 11, ****, our member received assistance from our ********************** with the payment of the corresponding annual fee, moreover, he was not charged any late fees.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to inform you that I have been in contact with ******************, through our communication, it was clarified that the Maintenance Fees that was paid by the sales department was for ****, not for 2023. I offered to make the necessary adjustments to have it correctly applied in her account, however, she declined it.
Our member also mentioned that she was unable to book a reservation on our website. It is important to mention that all of our reservations are subject to availability based on first-come,first-served basis. Furthermore, certain destinations require a minimum stay of 7-nights checking-in on specific days of the week throughout the calendar year or on a specific season, thats why our members might not find them available if the request did not meet these requirements.
If the reservation is not available as requested, our members service center is always willing to assist our members with their requests and our Travel Advisors can be reached by telephone, e-mail or chat to check options to offer our members alternate choices such as available dates, lodging units or destinations under the vacation program. This scenario will not be deemed as nonperformance by Royal Holiday with its contract obligations.
I asked her to provide me with her travel plans to assist her with future bookings and find the best option according to her needs. However, she declined my proposal, continued requesting the cancellation and said he would contact her attorney and decided to terminate the communication.
We thank the Better Business Bureau for bringing this case to our attention.

Royal Holiday club is a high pressure time share sales scam. They mislead and under deliver on their promised services. We can live with the nominal value of the time share, but the poor service and untimely responses make it unbearable to even book a trip. On top of that I have a bank payment the delivers each month ahead of the scheduled due date and each month I get a call because they have failed to process payment in a timely manner. Royal Holiday is a horrible timeshare. The resorts are nice enough but the difficulty it takes to book your travel with their customer service agents is not worth it. I own with them and have traveled 3 times each with the same experience; HORRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them! Royal Holiday is a terrible company and do not buy from them. They use deceptive sales techniques and are not trustworthy. Do not believe Royal Holiday Responses that they care about customers or members because they do not. In my case, I went for an upgrade because I was told I could lock in my annual fee increase to 1% a year. That would be an incredible benefit and I was shown a chart to that effect. Therefore I agreed to upgrade on that premise. When I got my contract I immediately asked them for a copy of the chart I was shown. They told me I would be provided with it. I was at the resort for 10 days and I continued to ask every day where was my copy of this chart I was shown. Finally, I went up to ************* that last day and there was no one there. They all disappeared by 3 pm. When I arrived home I contacted them and said where is the chart showing the 1% lock in. I needed that because I wanted it for my estate plan. Well then they told me that it was demonstration only and that it was not the real lock in amount. Needless to say I was ****** so I sent an email to complain that this was deceptive sales technique. I was a VIP Member!! It didn't matter, but the sales manager called me and asked me how he could fix it. I told him refund my money and set me back to my old contract. They did not do that. Instead they said I did not go through some BS verification process, which was new to me. I had upgraded before and had no issues, but the said that because I had no issue before I should not have a problem with this upgrade. Basically what they told me was they are s******* me over now because I never challenged the other upgrades I did. That is what they do as a company!! They are horrible and I would not buy from them ever!! They don't care about members, just making the sale anyway possible!! That is what you get if you become a member. I've been a member since **** and I have to admit it was great up to around 2016-2018. I made the BIG BIG mistake of renewing to an upgrade. Let's start with exactly what others here are saying, Yes customer service here are the biggest fairy tale story tellers on the planet. They always lose documents, recordings and anything that will prove they are in the wrong, so if you're a member save all RH documents like they were gold. The Maintenance fee now has gone up so ridiculous that your better off paying for the Hotel and forgetting about using RH credits. I just decided to stop paying the Maintenance fee and just take my loses and have them close my account. When I first started with them they gave me a book with about ******* pages which I still have of hotels and lots of locations available to travel too, when I renewed the new book I recieved didn't make it to 75 pages, which I also still have. Obviously they've losing business. I use to recommend RH but now DON'T GET CONNED BY RH. If you purchase a membership from them trust me as a member since **** you will regret it.Royal Holiday Club Response
