Privilege Club is a big ****.- Advertise saying that we get 20% discount at SPA massage. Which is totally wrong. Or the forfait was not eligible for Privilege Discount for we didn't get any reason or there was already a discount which can not be add up to another discount.- Privilege member gets special drink at no extra charge. But no one ever told us that we always have to come to Privilege Lounge to get those special drinks, which makes totally no sense that we have to walk from the beach or swimming pool to the Privilege Lounge.... What a Privilege !!- Discount on excursion, same thing. Each one that we pick was told that or is not applicable or we need to go to Privilege Lounge to get the refund.So on all the stay, we didn't see what was the meaning and the privilege of being a Privilege Member other than having a small area on a section of the beach, that was unavailable because no place available.- Could you show me what useful privilege is included in our Privilege Membership.Because I don't know why I should pay more for my vacation Thank you

***** is a thief, she promises a very low rate for being part of the club.. She lied and promised the best rates Do not buy from this person, she totally destroyed the image of a great vacation in Bahia Principe ******..She needs to be treated as a ************.

The privilege club is a big scam. At the end of December 2022 We were charged $2000 plus another $495 for admin. We were told that it would be cheaper for hotels and flights which is a lie. They pressured ** into it and we have been trying to get our money back since January 2023 and they keep changing the deals which we keep refusing. They also pretend that they dont get our emails and then gives us 2 days to respond to theirs. Absolute SCAMMERS.They get O rating from me

this is a terrible organization. They lie to you from the start. The rooms you want are never available when you go to book. My friend and I have been a member for about 10 years. We always have Issues with the Privilege Club. Atrocious customer service!!!

this is a scam i signed up and pay 10k we were told $259 USD covers the cost of any allinclusive hotels that falls under privilege club and was also told i will get emails with login information within 5 days to better understand everything i was told i did not receive the emials until 10 days after signing up and when i reach out to get a refund ******************************* told me i will not get a refund even if i did not receive the email in 5 days.

Please, people don't pay to be a member of Privilege Club of Bahia Principe resorts. First of all customer services is located in ******** Republic where they treat people HORRIBLE, they treat me as they tread people in their country. not respect or professional service.I did not have time to use the certificate because Covid restrictions and they didn't care, i paid an extra $560 to extended for 8 months, they will tell you a year but never go clear that u can not use it four months, Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr. All they do is just make you sing the contract and then treat you like sh..t. Never ever again with this people. There is thousand of thousand more 5 stars hotels. Very nasty customer service.

I've been trying for weeks to cancel. I tell them I want to cancel and get left on hold for hours. This is a scam.

I purchased into the Club on my birthday 7-7-2021. I was told I had 5 days to cancel. On 7-10-21, I requested to cancel via email. On 7-12-21, I requested to cancel via phone. On 7-13-21, I received a call from E.D. my representative at the Bahia resort in Jamaica stating I will not receive a refund because my reasoning wasn't good enough for him. My contract does not state that I can only cancel within 5 days if and only my reasoning is good enough. It just states I can cancel within 5 days with a full refund. I have emailed and called with no avail. The only thing left to do is take legal action against this company which I have already taken action and reached out to my lawyers. I do not recommend anyone purchase from them. They get you to buy into the club and when it comes time to cancel they give you the run around because you are in different country. A bunch of frauds.
