ZERO STARS!!!! GLOBALTEL.COM IS A ****! Less They charge your card with claims that you're just setting up an account. I notice the took money $45.99 now there is no way I cancel my account until Monday morning! They are trying to refund me $31 and still charge *****! No I want to my account to be canceled and the charge to be fully voiced! AND FOR THE COMPANY TO STOP LYING AND HIDING BEHIND THERE MISLEADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!!!! Refund me my money and stop refusing to!

Scamming site imitating global tel link company using similar name, logo and services. Mislead you to set up and acct and add card without specifically stating they are charging you *****. Than less than 12 hrs called to cancel and they claim they can only refund 35. So they scam hundreds of ppl out of *****. Horrible customer **********************. Hang up whenever they please. They try to convince you its cheaper phone calls with inmates but cannot tell you the rates. When I call the jail facility, they say they are not affiliated with this company and do not offer discounted calls rates with any company. Either way how do you save if paying ***** at the beginning. No where does it say non refundable fee of *****. Scam artists!Dial91.com (a service from GlobalTel) Response

This company is a F***ING joke! I really wish there was an option to leave a zero star rating because they dont even deserve the 1 star rating I chose. I tried to add money to my prepaid phone account online vs over the phone like I normally would and somehow stumbled upon their website where I was prompted to create an account. They charge you in the amount of ***** as you reach the final steps of creating your account where other business will prompt you to create an account after doing so they then explain the services they offer with the prices and fees. If you choose the services they offer they ask you to read terms and agree and then they ask you again if you are sure you want the services they offer for said price. This company didnt do any of that. When I realized what I had done in less than ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* to which they responded my account had been canceled and my ticket was received an they would respond promptly. After almost 2 weeks with no update I sent another email asking for an update regarding the refund I had requested to which they didn't even respond but instead I received and email saying that my email had been rejected and blocked. I still have yet to receive my refund or an update on my refund. I am so fed up and don't know what else to do but as a single mother of 3 living on a fixed income it's not easy to just dust off a 45 dollar charge for BULL**** services that you can't even use.Dial91.com (a service from GlobalTel) Response

But to make it work for your inmate from facility, you needed to follow our instructions to register and fund it with your facility's provider.

This company is a piece of **** and very misleading. They give you a "special" phone number to use to try contacting with inmates. The jail facility I needed said they are not affiliated with this company. I cancelled my account within 48 hours of opening it. When attempting to get a full refund of my $45.99, they claim that there is a $14.99 non refundable fee. Nowhere did I see anything that states a non refundable fee of $14.99. All over $45.99, I am considering litigation against this fraudulent company. 0 Stars.The same thing happened to me on 5/11/23.I was charged $45.99.The credit card info page comes up first. Before an explanation of how much you are being charged.They will refund $31.99 after a *********** generated emails and they keep a $14.99 fee.They are scamming so many people out of at least $14.99.Hopefully this business is shut down soon.Dial91.com (a service from GlobalTel) Response

Completely misleading, followed instructions from email with a special phone number for inmate to call to ring to my phone, i paid $45.99 on 02/02/23 for unlimted calls for 3 months. Followed instructions to click on Global-Tel link , then takes you to connect network which is not affiliated with Global-Tel,Email also states to create an account with Global-Tel link and put in special number.i had already signed , but it had no balance, nowhere to put special number, and it said i had to add money, which i did not because i had already paid Global-Tel for this service that i am not able to use. I just want my money back for a service i can't use, from all the other reviews, nobody is able to as well, just want all my $45.99 back, couldn't use the service at all, now on 02/03/23 want a full refundDial91.com (a service from GlobalTel) Response

But we offer Special Connect numbers which work with ALL facilities in *** and make your jail calls cheaper (using our numbers, you pay less to IC-solutions, GTL Connect Network, Securus and other jail's providers).Your account with us has been already cancelled and refunded as agreed.

This company has a VERY misleading operation. They know their name is similar to the popular company Global Tel Link, their logo and colors are similar as well. Global Tel.com, is accepted by very few inmate facilities, and try to up-sale their post card service in exchange. I set up an account thinking it was Global Tel Link, and immediately after entering my credit card information I was charged. I realized I didn't put in a facility or inmate name so I knew something was wrong. I immediately reached out to the company to cancel and request a refund. The representative chuckled and said yeah, everyone thinks we are Global Tel Link. I told him that having deceptive practices is not good business practices and he informed me that I should have read the terms and conditions, which clearly states they are Global Tel .com and there is a non-refundable processing fee...the monthly service fee is $45.99, and the non-refundable fee is $14.99, almost half of the monthly fee.This company is very deceptive in it's business practices, they know it, and almost brag about it when you call to cancel/address the issue.Dial91.com (a service from GlobalTel) Response

I didnt even know that i was being charged until i was being charged. Usually when you order something online, there's some type of pop-up informing you or making sure that you want to make this purchase. I really feel like sh##. I simply wanted to put a few dollars on my phone for my brother. And I cant even afford those few dollars. Now I cant do anything because my money. This experience makes me distrust technology even more. I am some rich man from Beverly Hills. I am a low-income person on welfare from the city of Cleveland. I worked hard for that money. This company is a ****. It takes advantage of those who are not experienced with jail calls. I was unable to use the service but not told that until after chg of 45$. I then found the one and only svc supported by the facility where my daughter was and during my search on the actual legit site, I was auto rerouted back to globaltel seemingly on the same site. Had I not recognized I was back there I may have been fooled again. I requested a refund within 5 min and was told after 6 emails I would be chgd svc fee of 15$. They are living off of everybody's 15.00 svc fee. Not legit phone svc with your loved one. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE TRICKY.. **** **** ****!
