    On 9/3/2019 I signed a pool maintenance agreement with PinchAPenny pool to keep my pool maintain for $99.00 a month I was always satisfied with their job and rarely complained. I received a phone call in August last year where the increased the service for $105 which I agreed. This year I renovated my old pool and freeze or hold the service for a month and a half until my pool was ready to resume the service. I spoke with ****, a nice representative on 9/5/22 who informed me about a startup process for my pool in order to cure properly. This process take 28 days or a month to complete for $599.99 which I agreed. They started to treat my pool on August 22nd. I patiently wait they finish their work but during that time I found my pool discolored yellow in the bottom. I spoke with ***** about it and he explained me thats a residue of the pool treatment and wont damage my pool. Basically, Part of the process. This situation keep happening so I trusted is part of the process. By the end of the process I planted some shrubs for privatization near the pool. October 1st arrived and I noticed a charge to my credit card $140. I called ***** about this situation and he told me that my service had increased due to the increments of price in the chemical pool and such. I explained him that my priced was previously increased from $99.00 to $105.00 with previous phone notification which I agreed but this time nobody call me for that and that was too much for my budget. He said if I dont want the service he can cancel it for me. I said not to leave me without service, I was a loyal costumer since 2019, never fail a payment or complaint about my service. I asked him at least give me few days until I find a company I can afford. He said ok. Yesterday October 3rd I sent an email complaining about how my pool looks after the maintenance on September 30th. Pictures attached. I explained in the email attached the situation I spoke about by phone with *****. Attached emails.
