      Worst company ever. Dont bother wasting your money signing up for VIP. ******* *** **** They make you do 2 flex shop orders and only certain products can be a flexship & if you dont do both they make you pay to cancel after already paying to signup. MLM at its finest.

      You enrolled on October 10,2021, there was a Three-qualifying flexship requirement of $84 usd or more. 
      We have validated you completed only the enrollment Order# ********. There was a Early Termination Fee of $19.00. 

      As a courtesy we have waived the *** and you will no longer receive shipments.

      Monat does not post all customer product reviews. They offer specials without providing the details, resulting in customers either spending more or having their order cancelled - without any communication. For example they often have a BOGO deal but only 20 products are eligible (not disclosed). The *** customer service refers to are for VIPs not ***************. If you write the company with a concern they do not respond. If you change from a VIP to a Market Partner and want to go back to a VIP you have to cancel your account.

      It is of our utmost interest to know more details about your concerns not being responded to.  Regarding our Flash Sales and Promotions, not all products in our menu will be part of a particular promotion from time to time, we aim to give our customers sales with our most famous products! Our reviews can be found by our customers when they select a product and view the details.

      I tried to cancel my membership after 5 years as a VIP member and was told that I first had to place an order for the first order I ever place with them FOLLOWED BY 2 MORE ORDERS OF $84 OR MORE. So to cancel my membership, I would have to spend over $250! How is this legal? It shouldn't be.I then was told I could cancel early after paying a $25 fee, but only after first being told that I had to complete these 3 orders and making a stink over it. I hope that a law goes into place soon that will make this kind of scam illegal.

      They ****!!! I called customer service 2 days ago and I was on the phone with them 1/2 hour so they can move all my customers flexships to a different day and the guy I spoke never did it. I woke up today getting messages from my customer why the flexship wasn’t done and they are suppose to get charged next day. Now that they make millions of dollars they don’t care AT ALL about their VIP’s or Market Partners. I’ve called and complain and nobody gives a shit. Products containers are super cheap and if you keep it in the sun the rose gold peels off. People complain about hair loss from this company left and right and I never paid attention when I joined the company. It’s the worst mistake of my life. Now i constantly have to call them to check after them if they did they work. It’s horrible. They hire Customer service in India and Philippines and they have no idea what to do, they can barely understand and don’t give a **** about our customers or the fact that they can get charged if they don’t post pone their orders. NOBODY gives a shit about the customers or the market partners!!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!!! I wish I paid attention to the comments of other people before I joined!!!!!

      I paid way too much money just for my hair to fall out even more. I brought this up with my rep and she just said "youve only been using it for 2 weeks". Doesnt matter how long ive been using it I tried to continue with it and its been a month. Today I decided to try going back to my regular shampoo and conditioner and i had significantly less fallout from just one wash. This is ridiculous

      I have tried to cancel my flexship since the products are too expensive and can not afford them any longer due to complications from covid. They want to charge me a fee to cancel. They charged my NEW credit card $110 without my authorization and sent products I did not order. I have to keep going in to their website which is always not working properly and postpone the shipping date. The whole process is a fiasco and so unprofessional. I should just be able to cancel this money grabbing subscription without any fees!! Stay away!

      Upon further review of the account we have validated the completion of 3 qualfying flexships, but on March 6, 2023 you have requested the return of flexship order#********. This means there were only two qualifying flexships completed, as a one time courtesy we have waived the $19 Early Termination Fee. 

      For your reference we have included the terms of the *** program which were also included within your *** enrollment email. 

      *** Customer Program Requirements
      By becoming a MONAT *** Customer, and joining the *** Customer Program, you agree to the following:
      a. You must pay a one-time USD ***** Enrollment Fee.
      b. Create one enrollment order and one additional Flexship order of USD 84 or more; and
      c. You must reside in *****************, a **** Territory, or any country that MONAT has officially announced is open for business.


      Product Guarantee; Product Returns. MONAT offers a 100% 30-Day money back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping charges) to all *** Customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any MONAT product you buy, you may return the unused portion of the product to MONAT within 30 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs).  After 30 days, MONAT offers a ninety percent (90%) refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) on the return of all unopened and unused product, that meet the requirements of Section 10 below.  

      10. Product Return and Refund Process. To return product for a refund or exchange, you must return the products directly to MONAT and follow the following directions: 
      (a) You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling MONAT **************** at **************. This RMA must be written on each carton returned. (b) If an exchange is requested, a completed order form with the exchange products must be included with the return (c) Proper shipping cartons and packing materials must be used in packaging the products being returned for replacement.

       All returns must be shipped to MONAT shipping pre-paid. MONAT does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the *** Customer returning the product. If retuned product is not received by the MONATs ******************** it is the responsibility of the *** Customer to trace the shipment.

      I have used Monat before and was having issues with my hair falling out after a few months of using it. I thought it was just my miscarriage and me getting covid but to be safe I stopped using it. A couple years late I decided to give it ago again. I did the hair quiz and picked the products that I actually had used before and spent over $140 on the products. After two weeks of using them, my hair became dry, tangled, hard to manage, and it looked completely fried. My hair is normally very silky, curly, and super oily, so to have my hair do a complete 180 was scary. My hair was falling out in chunks and breaking off really terribly. I contacted my rep and she told me to either send them back for a refund or exchange them. I decided to ship them back for a refund. I contacted the company's chat (I have the transcripts of the chats to prove this as well) they said they'd close my account and email me a shipping label in 3-5 days. After 5 days, still no label. My rep contacted them and they sent me a new shipping label and I shipped them back. After 10 business days, I still had not received my refund and I could see that the package had been shipped to their office in ******* and some girl named ******* took the package from ****** I contacted the company via email multiple times showing screenshots of delivery and proof I sent it back. They then denied my claim that was opened saying I did not provide accurate information showing my package was delivered and sent back. I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB and my bank for fraud. They never emailed me back. I called them finally(was all via email because it's easier to track convos and I work nights) and was able to speak to a person. They put me on hold multiple times and finally were able to approve my refund. I have yet to actually see my money returned to me but this company is a freaking joke and has horrible products. Please do not ever use them.

      This company is a *** ***. Once you join, it is hell getting your membership cancelled. Only the consultant can cancel the membership. She has told me twice that she did, I'm still getting emails that my flex ship has been billed and is ready to ship. The product caused hair loss and an itching scalp. If I go to my account, I can't even remove my credit card information. I will be calling my credit card company to block any charges from this company in the future.

      Thank you for taking the time to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with your concerns regarding your experience with Monat. After researching your account, we found that you were enrolled as a VIP Customer with MONAT Global. 

      On June 5, 2022 we received your request to terminate the VIP account, you were advised of the $19 ETF, and advised the agent you would complete the final qualifying flexship to avoid the $19 ETF. 
      The order was declined using the credit card on file, therefore did not complete the third flexship requirement. 
      We also received contact June 10, 2023 to obtain information regarding Flash Sale order placed June 10, 2023. Flash Sale orders do not qualify towards the flexships requirement.

      The final flexship order was completed February 8,2023, we have verified the request to be refunded for Order#37284003. 
      As an exception we have waived the Early Termination Fee of $19, you will be provided with a refund based on MONAT's return policy.

      Our customers are to contact Customer Care via telephone to request the termination of the VIP account, The Sponsor is not responsible for completing that action. 
      All communication regarding the account (terms & conditions) were sent directly to Ms. ********** for review. 

      We will move forward with the termination of your account once the refund has been completed.

      THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF...THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3XS TOTALING OVER $300.00 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY SIGNED ME UP TO RECEIVE PRODUTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME

      We were able to locate your VIP account and have validated the account was created on MOANT.com, therefore your information was provided to your sponsor to complete the enrollment. There has not been an MONAT error with the account enrollment. 
      As a courtesy we have cancelled the flexship and provided a refund to the account for $97.43 on January 18,2023. All orders show successfully delivered to the address on file.

      Unfortunately had to give it 1 star because I had to enter something. This company is like a cult and have never dealt with such unprofessional business practices. The products are terrible, overpriced and in extremely small quantities for the price. God forbid you try to cancel! That is a whole experience in itself. Please stay away from this company. Once they have their claws in you, it is so hard to get out of. I don't know how they stay in business.
