      I booked 6 excursions through this company for a recent cruise. Two of the excursions were missed due to difficulty in finding or getting transportation to the meeting place. I was assured that I could get a refund, when I called on the day of the scheduled excursions, and was told to call back after the cruise to get the refunds processed. When I did call, I was told that they would not refund my money. I would encourage all travelers to book their excursions exclusively with the cruise line and NEVER use Shore Excursions Group!!!

      SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not book ANYTHING with this company. After I booked, I got an email immediately from the company saying that they are canceling the excursion and that I won't be charged. Well, they did and I found it after 2 months (Pre- Cruise). Emailed the company and the customer service rep stated that she cannot find the transaction. I contacted PAYPAL and my ******************* about the issue. After 3 email back and forth plus a phone call, she still said the company didn't charge anything. Then after I gave her the ***** dispute #, she wanted me to cancel that and so she can refund me. I said h*** no. I'm going to wait until ****** and ***** deal with them. I will be contacting my Credit Card again today to confirm everything.

      Lies, lies, and more lies!"Best Prices, Best Excursions, Guaranteed" "Money Back Guaranteed" "Higher Quality than Cruise Lines" "Easy to Find Excursions" Did a lot of research comparing excursions. We wanted something easy and relaxing. Although the Shore Excursion one had very few reviews, they were all positive. Now I know why. I wrote a review detailing several issues. It was submitted but never published, no explanation. (I actually would have stopped there if posted)I contacted customer service online, no response.Received email asking me to review. Clicked link says I already reviewed. Responded to email, no response.Finally called, customer service was nice as I told him all the issue (no real questions for me) and said I'd hear back that day or next. NOPE.Called back, was put on hold, sent back to the original agent, put on hold, and told supervisors were reviewing and hear back today. NOPE.Issues with excursion: Not easy to find. If someone in review hadn't explained, would have never made it and still a bit confusion. We drove around multiple times to pick up the rest of those going. Description didn't say where and ended up in a place we had seen poor reviews and didn't want to go. Our group of 5 plus 2 of the others stayed (the I think 4 others went to ruins then came back), so seemed to be quiet until a LARGE group came (no longer small excursion), seats became a premium. Food was ok and items were already running out when I went. We left before the other group (and realized they were picked up directly on the pier). Ended up dropped off to catch the shuttle back to find a VERY LONG line. My father has difficulty standing for a long time. We started worrying about getting to the ship on time (they probably would not have taken any responsibility if we hadn't). Since I didn't know where we were going, couldn't compare prices. Found excursion, same place, picked up on the pier, and was cheaper!

      I definitely will not use this company again. I paid over $300 for an excursion and left before I got off if ship. Did not refund my money even though I paid for the trip protection plan.

      This is a horrible company. They are dishonest and will do anything to make a fast buck at the expense of unwitting travelers. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS!!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! As a disabled veteran, I could not make one of my excursions because of the pain I was in. They asked me for a letter from a doctor. I sent them my military disability letter and they did not accept it. If they treated a disabled veteran like that, I could imagine how they treat everyone else. VETERANS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

      We were on the Celebrity Beyond sailing from 2/9-2/19/24. My husband and I each purchased three days of shore excursions. They were terrible. In one site, they were so disorganized that the buses didn't leave for well over an hour, were late to each site, and the pineapple farm was a shell of a farm that use to be a pineapple facility (there was nothing there and no staff). Everyone was disappointed. On another excursion that was to be beach, mangroves, and kayaking, the bus dropped the group at the beach and never came to get them for kayaking. All in all, this was a horrible experience, and a huge waste of money.

      Tour pickup was scheduled at 7am at our hotel as indicated on the voucher. Group of 14. When they did not show up we called them only to be given lame excuses. They showed up 1h40 after scheduled pickup at 8h40. We strongly suggest you find another tour operator.

      I selected an excursion with this company for my Ireland trip in October 2023. The first day into the cruise our ship changes the itinerary. We try to contact Shore Excursion on several attempts starting Oct 3rd in the evening. We continue to try though email and phone numerous times to let them know we are arriving early into port on the 5th and not the 10th and would like to change / or cancel our excursion. I receive an email back from Diamond saying to go on with my excursion, that the guide should take us. No other letter or call is returned. Once in ****, Oct 5th, we then again attempt to try and reach the company through email or call. Still no response. Myself and other couples had gathered outside the train station as instructed. We waited hours until finally the train station employees helped up. They took the information from our tour letters and contacted the guide himself, *******. ******* said it was his day off and he would not provide the tour. To contact our providers and tell them to give us a refund. I have tried now for the past 5 days to get them to answer me or work with me and provide my refund. They continue to tell me that they will look into matters and let me know. Yet, there is no other correspondence OR understanding that the tour guide instructed us to tell them to refund our excursion. Meanwhile, another couple who used another vendor already was credited by her company. This company is incredibly *** and does not handle the problem at hand. They received our money and since that time, they could care less. I would NEVER use this company again. Itineraries change and things happen, with that said, this company would never work with you to help the matter alone.
