    Since I purchased the printing machine in 08/2023 from ricoma Ive had several mechanical issues with the product and have had many service tickets made. I am extremely unsatisfied with the product that has now broken down completely and with the company who connects me with service technicians that have no product knowledge and do NO hands on service they are simply there to guide you to service your own machine and to tell you theres nothing more they can do, Ive asked the company on several occasions to allow me to return their product and get a refund and have been told several times that all sales are final. *** owned the product for less than a year and it has broken down over 10 times I ask for your help to keep this fraudulent company from selling more faulty equipment and help with getting a refund

    I would not recommend Ricoma brand machines due to their shady business dealings. I had spoken to a salesman who talked a good game, but when I decided that I could no longer purchase the machine and that I wanted the refund of my $500 deposit back, I was ghosted. I made sure before I did the deposit that I could get it back if I changed my mind and I was told absolutely every time I asked. I then got on BBB and read several reviews, so I was getting kind of skeptical and just had a gut feeling that I would have problems with the customer service side of the company, and that has proven to be true. When I reached back out for my deposit to be refunded, I was sent to another salesman by the name of ******, who informed me that the original gentleman I spoke to was no longer there. I told him I had changed my mind and wanted to get my deposit back, or if it would be easier, I would take a gift card for $500 to use on something out of their online store. He said before we proceeded with that, he wanted to make me another deal. I declined it and asked to please just refund my deposit on the original form of payment or that I would accept a gift card. Again, I was ghosted. FINALLY, after the 3rd or 4th email, ****** said he "told me" that I couldn't get my refund back and that the original salesman was no longer there. He said that his sales supervisor would contact me later in the day but again, he did not. All I am asking is for my deposit back in the amount of $500 that I was told more than once would be no problem if I changed my mind. Hopefully Ricoma can make it right and honor what their former employee told me. Buyer beware because as others have stated, they salesman talk a good game and once they have you or you are no longer purchasing the machine, they drop you and lie about what you were otherwise told.
