    Dec 21, Du-All rep observed 10K gallon tank near house was full when waste should have been transferred to the septic field via lifting station (pump) indicating that he was not capable of replacing pump. Despite, Du-All rep recommended pumping tank including lifting station anyhow. He stated a more advanced service tech needed a second trip to confirm a replacement pump confirming why pumping station was not working effectively. Trusting his judgement, I proceeded with pumping of the tanks although I wondered why the more advanced tech did not come initially. Rep also rendered pumping services for the 1K gallon tank near the barn. I also paid extra $400 cash directly to repairman for services including bacterial treatment, spraying..Du-All Plumbing representative stated advanced service tech would come out tomorrow. Well nobody came out next day and it wasn't until I called multiple times for follow up visit by the advanced technician nearly two weeks later. On 1-2-24 in late afternoon, tech named ***** performed a service visit and stated pump was in fact working but septic waste was not being pumped due to clogged piping. I trusted the judgement of Du-All and even asked if this was considered "market" pricing industry. It was late in and told urgent. Entire services performed took less than 2 hours. I have since contacted two other reputable septic repair plumbing co. I requested to provide estimates to complete the same scope of work services rendered by Du-All on Jan2 based on the services rendered listed on invoice and both estimates were under $2,000. They were of opinion so-called "rejuvenation services" was a "gimmick" to inflate pricing of the necessary repairs needed. I feel taken advantage of not knowing anything about septic plumbing. I trusted the judgement and expertise of Duall to perform the required septic repair services at a reasonable fair market. Based on discrepancy between the price I paid ($4,295) + $820 earlier for pumping given that fair market price for such services seems to be significantly less, I'm asking for refund $2,000. This does not include the cost of repeated pumping of the same tank twice per service visit. **** does not include cash paid directly to the first Du-All rep. **** asking BBB diligently review frequency and volume of complaints against Du-All in 24 months to determine if there is pattern of predatory and inflated sales resulting in complaints and determine if a downgrade of the BBB rating.

    Terrible Salesmanship & Service On 10/25/2021, I had a ***** Performance18kw Electric Tankless Water Heater (3.51GPM) installed on my 4 Bedroom 3 Bath (2397sf) Home in Port Saint Lucie, Fl. The company who did the installation also purchased the Tankless Water Heater at a local Home Depot. The total price for Electric ($569.25) Plumbing ($3,875.00). In my Owners Suite, I have a walk-in shower with shower heads on opposite facing walls. My water heater is in my garage on the Southside of my home with the Owner’s suite on the Northside. For almost a year the product seemed to be working fine. Fast Forward to October 2022, my wife & I noticed that with one shower head on in the Owner’s Suite the water remains at solid heated temperature. But when the second shower head was turned on the water temperature dropped to room temperature. I attempted to increase the temperature by adjusting the panel. I contacted the company who installed the product in 2021, the same technician who initially installed the product came out to access the problem. His solution was that because of the area we live in the product needed to be flushed due to scale build up total for flush ($325.00). Also why didn’t the technician recommend installing a flush kit when he initially installed the water heater. The technician attempted to convince me that the flush had solved the issue, I informed him that the issues had not been resolved. He then told me to contact *****, provide them with the serial number & they would switch it out for a new water heater. When I contacted *****, I was told the product was purchased in September 2021 and they exchange for parts only. Since I was not the purchaser of product one would think that the company who purchased and installed the product would address the issue. Never Happened! I do not recommend a plumbing company who claims to “Do-All”
