Do NOT work for them. I've been mystery shopping for over 20 years. I'm owed for multiple shops dating back to October of last year. The owner, ******, has not answered any of my emails or calls. They are still actively shopping as I'm still getting emails of shop offers. Please don't sign up for any shops with them.Review from Donna T

Do NOT do any shops with this company!! I did an assignment in December 2022 and have not seen payment yet. The contact person ****** states that she knows nothing about payments but refers me to ******. ****** doesn't answer texts or calls. The 800 number doesn't work and the other number listed has a full mailbox. I am sure the company I reviewed paid Satisfaction Services their fee after my review was submitted. I should be paid as well!! They are a dishonest scam of a business. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off. I wish I could give a negative 10-- they don't even deserve a zero rating in my opinionReview from Andrea G

I don't know what is going on. Satisfaction never paid quickly but they always paid until recently. They owe me well over $500 for work done and now I am left with these bills on my credit card. They need to at least communicate with people. Very disappointing, I used to love working for them.Review from karen c

I have done 4 shops for Secret Services in the last year and have not been reimbursed for any of them. I have contacted by phone, text and email the owner, quite a few times, but she NEVER returns a call or email back. I've tried contacting others in the business but unfortunately it seems as though they have their hands tied. One of the problems is that it takes so long to get reimbursed for the shops that unfortunately, months have gone by before you realize you were not reimbursed.Review from Stuart C

My husband and I completed several shops in August and September 2022. We went to at least 4 shops and only got paid for one. We reached out to the owner, ******, several times with no response. She claimed she was in the hospital and unable to pay us at the time. Its now April 2023 and weve only been paid for one shop! Weve been gohsted by ****** despite several emails, texts, and phone calls. Very upsetting that this company scams you like that. They owe us like $200-$300. So sad! Bigg scam. Sent me out for several mystery shop jobs with major companies. I am supposed to be reimbursed for money put out and paid for my contracted jobs and I am still waiting to be paid from April of 2022! I have several emails from the owner ****** and he scheduler ****** with excuses of personal issues when the reality is money is being mismanaged and stolen from hard working people .The next step will be to notify the clients who hired ****** and her comany to inform what a conartist she is. I am owed hundreds of dollars and have alot of connections within this industry so this will not be ending well for this scam of company.Review from Karen B

Satisfaction Services is a scam. They send you mystery shops, I spend money out of pocket, and then *************************** when inquiring why I have not got paid for 4 month says she is not the owner and to contact ************************* who she says is the owner and the number she provides, the mailbox is full and I am unable to leave a message. They both have a ******** profile and advertising different shops. I agree with the other person comment on here, "Wish there was a zero star review because they do not deserve one star."Review from MG B

Satisfaction Services are ********. They send you "jobs" that you can do as a mystery shopper, you go spend your money, they tell you they will reimburse you and pay you. They ask for your detailed typed report, they use your review and never pay you. They are total ********. Their voicemails are always full and main line never answers. The contact person ******* says she's only an independent contractor but knows nothing of payment. She gives you the owner Mickey's number but no body ever answers. They have a facebook profile and have seen different shoppers with similar reviews express the same sentiment and the owner deletes the comments because they are no longer there. They should be ashamed of themselves. Wish there was a zero star review because they do not deserve one star.
