Contacted Cheery roofing for an estimate on a roof leak/repair after seeing +A rating on BBB.The owner was very fast in arriving on site to provide an estimate that was very competitive but that is where this company efficiency ended. After agreeing to their proposal it became very difficult to secure a time for the job despite the owner indicating upfront that it will be done in 1 week.Finally 3 weeks later a schedule has been set for 8 am in late July 2022. Surprise-the company did not show up nor did anyone bothered to call. I sent a text to the owner who had no idea what is happening with his company schedule. I immediately cancelled and booked with another company. To my surprise around 2 pm 2 guys showed up from this company looking like they just crawled out of the street thinking they have a job to do. They did not look professional and certainly did not know that the job was canceled. Shady company with poor communication and scheduling that is trying to get your business and then drag you onto their schedule with what looks like unprofessional management
