So sad this happened, found the most beautiful ceiling fan, electrician came to install, and it is faulty, wouldnt run! The company is refunding our money for the fan, and we dont have to return. Thank you for your quick response, so we can keep shopping for a replacement

I placed an order, for a bathroom remodel, back in late April/early May. The remodel ran longer than expected and the fixtures that I selected will no longer work for the space. I contacted the company, just barely outside my return window, to only be given the third degree by multiple customer service representatives including **************. I was only requesting to exchange the items for another fixture, my request was not for any money returned. K indicated that if I sent her photos showing the unused products, she would allow me to exchange these items. I promptly e-mailed her to no reply. I have followed-up with her to no reply. I understand that I am outside of my return period, by only a short time, but I was hopeful that there would be more understanding since these fixtures have not been installed. They were open and inspected, upon receipt, to confirm that they were not damaged, but have not been installed. Again, I am at fault here, but was hopeful that there would be more understanding given my honesty. Regardless of the timeline, the level of customer service was disappointing and not welcoming. I will consider other vendors in the future given this experience.Capitol Lighting EH Division, Inc. Response
