This business is the association that works with our community Southwind in **********, **. I have been complaining to them and the board about 2 issues that have been ongoing and never resolved.1. The gym does not have air conditioning. As I already mentioned, I have been complaining about this issue (for over a year, a year and a half to be exact). They finally decided to close down the gym when I told them it is a liability issue if somebody passes out in there while they're working out with no air conditioning and with the extreme heat we get here in South *******. The windows in that gym are shut down and you cannot open them making the room impossible to get any ventilation. About a month ago, I spoke with ***************************** the business manager for our association and she said they were working on getting a thermostat to control the temperature in there with the central air conditioner for the Clubhouse. Again, I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue...2. I have also been complaining to them for over a year about the tree trimming company not trimming the trees in our common areas which they were done regularly before. Those trees have not been trimmed in years and it has gotten so bad that now we have iguanas living in those trees. Last week I called the association again attempting to resolve these issues. I spoke with ****** and her answer to me was:"There's nothing we can do because it is the board's decision. You have to go in front of the board and state your case". I told her: "our previous association used to handle those issues". My answer to that is that that has already been done. The board is well aware of these issues and they do nothing about it and they do it while they raise our association fees while they do nothing for our community not even paint the exterior of our houses which is also their responsibility. My question is: what are they doing with our money? are they stealing? because they're certainly not doing anything for us
