      Did the windows and sliding glass doors in my home. Quality work, amazing and professional staff. They handled all my permits and HOA documents. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

      Did a great job on my sunroom & windows. Product took longer then I wanted to come in but that is not a fault of the screen depot! Amber emailed me with updates on my permit & they did an amazing job with the installation I couldn't be happier.

      I agree with **** *.
      The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I waited 3 months for a return phone call about their defective product. I am what they call a "Snow Bird". I think they wait for us to go home and then the warranty will run out. Be very Cautious.
      I am 73 and have owned several homes, and dealt with many Professionals.

      To respond to Mr. ************ it wasn't a defective product.

      He was up north and could not set an appointment that worked with his schedule. We could not set a date to meet him when and if he was here.

      We meet with his realtor as he was selling the house. When meeting her she was informed the damaged door was a result of it blowing open and hitting wall. The main windows 1/2 was missing and the other half wedged into the frame showing a violent hit.

      He was selling his home and promised new owner it would get fixed, we ordered a replacment part that his realtor picked up from our office.

      It is easier to blame us for a defective product than to admit someone let the door swing open in heavy wind on the trird floor damaging the door. He also didn't want to pay for service or part even though it was not a defect product.

      Regarding Lynn D he knows nothing about that case but so he does she was insulting and used foul langage thats why she had to wait for service and I have a letter of apology from her and we serviced and no cost and corrected her issue.

      We are a service company but we do not allow our customers to talk to us as if we are slaves.

      Mr Christensen seemed very understanding when I explained to him it wasn't defective but we could order the part and pleasant on the phone when I spoke with him after meeting realtor but I guess that was just an act to get us to order part, and then writes a bad review. Again door was not DEFECTIVE but DAMAGED by careless homeowner otherwise I would have repaired or replaced door!
