      My review is not based on the salesperson, but because of of my experience after the sale. I was not comfortable emailing customer service, as the manager is the main reason for my low rating, so I wrote a letter to ***************************, President. This was the context of my letter:I have waited almost two weeks to write this letter, hoping I could forget the horrible experience I had with your customer service department. That has not happened. I had a positive impression of (salesperson's name) and his helpfulness until he sent me to ****** General ******* in your **************************** Rarely have I ever had the need to contact customer service, but I have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. By anyone. ***** was condescending, rude and lacked any empathy needed to deal with a customer. Your company website states that you have a Whatever It Takes customer service attitude. Ashlys attitude was completely opposite this statement and, after my horrible experience with her, I do not believe ***** is suited for customer service work in general, much less as a supervisor. While I was finally able to receive my furniture, I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by your company.I mailed the letter on July 18, 2023 and included all of my contact information. To date, I have not received a response. I am, however, very pleased with my Breezesta outdoor furniture.

      These folks are purely bait and switch. I place an order in May 2022 spent $9000 on various equipment that they told me was in stock in which ship immediately. After numerous calls and emails with no response I was told that the bulk of my order was going to be back ordered until the end of the summer. They would not issue a refund and my entire project is now on hold for a year because I missed my contractor window that I was supposed to hit because they promised me that everything was in stock. So after $9000 they offered me a $75 credit on my order and they are not allowing me to cancel my order. Please stay away from this organization.

      We sincerely apologize for your negative experience, however we do not understand some of the items written within your review. Below is a breakdown of all of the actions as they took place. Your order shipped and was delivered with the exception of (1) item which showed an incorrect inventory on the distributors side. We take full responsibly for the error, but are glad all of the other items were shipped out as promised. In the end your order was only short (1) item that we offered a discount and/or cancel option. 5/26- Customer placed his order 5/27- Order was placed with distributors 5/31- We were informed the sleeve was backordered until late July; the customer was informed of the order preparing to partially ship minus the sleeve.ORDER NOTES DETAILS:6/9- Order shipped 6/10- Order was updated with tracking information 6/13- Customer called angry about the backordered sleeve; we attempted to source elsewhere but no on has it; lead times the same across the board; customer claiming we tricked him could have bought cheaper elsewhere; customer provided pricing for a different brand other than what he purchased so we were unable to consider it for price matching 6/15- Customer was informed that we were unable to source the sleeve due to restock being delayed directly from the manufacturer; customer was advised pricing he rec was the lowest price point we were able to offer on these products; we offered $75 discount on the backordered item due to the lead time inconvenience or a full refund on the item if he was able to source it elsewhere 6/15- Customer responded angrily threatening complaints and things of that nature regarding the situation 6/15- We apologized to the customer for the situation and further educated him on the fact that it was the manufacturer delaying the restock 6/16- Customer filed complaints and bad reviews and then reached out to us advising he was unable to get the sleeve elsewhere and that he would like to know the lead time so that he could prepare and set his expectation accordingly If you should have any thoughts or questions, please let us know as we are always here to help.

      Shopping these days using websites is easy at times but at other times, nothing beats talking to a live customer service representative who knows their company products, explains the product differences and resolves issues customers may experience during these days of product shortages and shipping issues. Kudos to Brandster for offering excellent customer service, both on the website and by phone. My husband and I had issues with a product we ordered not being available and Paul G. was able to help us out, showing us other products on the website, in stock that suited our needs... our order was changed and quickly shipped to us after our phone conversation and a short email exchange. Thanks Paul, you have made my husband and I very happy, we are completely satisfied with our purchase and will definitely shop Brandster again in the future.

      I decided to buy an outdoor kitchen package from Coyote Grills. Their website "coyotegrills.com" is managed by a company called "Brandster". After loading up a cart and getting a quote, I pulled up so I could make sure the pieces would all fit. Before I could go back to place the order, I received an email from Paul ***** offering me a discount on the order. I called and spoke with Paul who explained it would be about 5 weeks to get things delivered. I went ahead with the order confirming things over the phone. A few weeks later I emailed Paul to follow up on the status of the order. His response was "It shipped yesterday, here's the tracking number". When I checked the link it showed no shipment. When I followed up with Paul he asked me for my order number which is when I realized I never received a confirmation. I responded to let Paul know that and received no response. I followed up twice afterwards with no response. My wife called the toll free number on Paul's email signature and was told "We can't help you without an order number" - which, again, we never received. As far as I can tell the order was never placed and we were never charged. What is disappointing to me is that its been 3 weeks with no further response or information from the company. Even to just say "Hey we're sorry but we don't have any record of your order, can we resubmit and try to rush it". Nothing at all.

      Mr. ********* After researching this we found that you never actually ordered anything. Additionally no payment was ever corrected. This is way you never received a order or payment receipt, nor tracking number. We do see where you submitted a quote request and our follow up, however we never received a reply.
