      I ordered glasses almost one month ago. I have asked twice where my glasses are. First they asked for the order number...which I gave them. The second time they sent me a generic message which was confusing. It said they didn't have a tracking number but they noticed that the glasses were shipped. What???? I am very upset because I don't think they know what they are doing. I ordered from another online glasses company back in March. Those glasses came in 9 days...without expedited shipping . If they don't know where my order is....how the heck am I to know. They had no problem taking my husband's credit card number. I think they may be getting their glasses back if they ever arrive.Thank you ***********************

      I placed an order around 5/2024, the order took forever to arrive anyway, I start using the glasses, it broke after one week. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the broken product. I requested a replacement, they agreed to issue a replacement. I never heard for two months, then I emailed again to enquire about the new order. They claimed j didnt confirm that I needed a replacement, then I took screenshot and I showed them the conversation between me and the customer service, then nothing happened and still nothing happened

      I purchased glasses from Goggles4u, customer service, Zac. ***** and got nothing. I sent so many emails to to no avail. I heard so many lies, I asks them was this a real company. I ordered May 16, 2024 and I'm June 2024. First I was told they never go my prescription. I was told I did not send a correct order. I have gotten several *** spams saying the did not have my email but they took my money from my bank. I talked to a Zac force hours with first on excuse them another, and finally he admitted I did do the form correct.He had my work email at the **************** and my personal email, I still never got my glasses. Then they told me they could go into my bank account and take money for *** shipping fees, and on glasses. I told them they better not.I sent an email to asks if they were a real company or just scamming people money. No reply. Today is July 9th 24 no glasses. I finally told them they stole my money. Just keep it.I do not think they are a real company.****

      Thoroughly sham. They are running a scam. Every time I reach out to ******** they have a new date. Avoid at all costs.

      After receiving canned email responses I called customer support and again received canned responses. I have waited a month for two pairs of glasses. The only response I get is that the glasses have left their production facility and a tracking number would be issued when shipping. I really should have read the reviews prior to ordering, ****** learned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GOOGLES4U. You get what you pay for and with this company you get only lies about when you will get your purchase.

      Huge let down in service.On May 2023 I received pair of glass, however it was not tinted as I expected, and rubber lines attached to glass arms were failing. After prolonged negotiation, support agreed to send me new replacement. It is August of 2023 and nothing happens so far.Support responses were as follows: "If you like to have a difference frame you can take your time and make a new selection", "We do believe in providing 100% customer satisfaction by going above and beyond", "We use the best quality frames and lenses but since these types of glasses are very fragile they tend to break very easily".And finally I got this response: "The replacement will be processed shortly. Once it is placed you will receive the confirmation email".NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT. NO GLASSES. NOTHING.
