    I purchase a urinal from Deelat. They were up front when I purchased this that they did not supply the required "spuds, or flanges" in order to attach the urinal to the fresh water inltet and drain outlet pipes. However, they did not tell me these parts are not available anywhere in the planet!. My plumber called them on two ocassions. I have called them on three ocassions. I have emailed them twice. I have contacted their outlet in Calgary, Canada. I have emailed their Australia branch. I have searched the internet. I have tried two plumbing supply companies in the UK (thinking this type of urinal is used in Europe). I have asked Deelat to email a billable FedEx label to me so I can return this item to them. I have asked them to provide me with a plumbing supplier who handles these items which would fit the urinal. They have not done either. Could you help me? Thank you very much, ****** ********

    Ordered 13 pumps and waited 2 weeks to receive them when told it would be 1 week shipping that I paid for. Next all 13 pumps are 220v not 110v but they ALL came with the standard 110v male plug. Reached by phone with NO help at all from their support guys, anyone I needed to talk to was never in the office and they would get back to me. Well Im still waiting for that call. Reached out by email to Support and Sales with No response as well. Just over all POOR service and POOR SHIPPING AND POOR COMMUNICATION and finally a POOR CHECKING SERVICE to make sure what's leaving the facility is ready and correct.

    This order was flagged by our ***** department due to a mismatch of billing and shipping information. On the same day of the transaction, we called and emailed the customer. We sent a follow up email 3 business days later. Customer proactively reached out to us the following week. After confirming the identity of the customer, we shipped the order. The customer paid $0 for shipping. Shipping was complimentary. Upon receipt of the product, the customer identified a mismatch in the specs of the pump. We provided two solutions: 1) Accept a discount/refund for the mistake caused by our team 2) refund the order. The customer chose option 1 as the right solution for his order. We reached an amicable result for the order. On behalf of our entire sales team, we apologize that Mr. *******'s first shopping experience at DEELAT was not seamless. There were circumstances outside of our control that slowed down the order. We hope we have another opportunity to earn his business in the future.
