      I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this has to be the worst property I have EVER stayed at. When we checked in they didn't have the type of room we reserved, 3 bedroom, for my ********* our adult son, and adult daughter, her husband, and 8 month old baby. They told us they would have our type of room available in a day or two, were were only there 4 nights, so told them we'd just keep what they gave us. As someone else mentioned, suites look nothing like the pictures.They overcharged us by $324, which we have been trying to get back for the past couple weeks. Person my wife spoke with last week looked at our account and agreed and said our card would be credited back for the $324. They only credited $80. I tried calling again and the phone rang for 5 minutes, then I was put on hold without an answer, for another 5+ minutes, then transferred to an extension where nobody answered and the mailbox was full!!! Resort fee is a joke. We planned on using the tennis courts, but because one net was down (out of 6), they said the courts were unsafe and could not be used. They still had no problem charging the FULL resort fee and overcharging for the total stay.Smart TVs are not connected to wifi, so don't plan on streaming if there is a rainy day. There were a limited number of channels.

      I will never stay here again. After a long drive to ***** I was looking forward to staying in a beautiful suite that was like the picture on the website. Instead, we were placed in an old dirty suite with filthy carpet. Additionally, the drain in the shower was broken and full of green mold. I requested to cancel my reservation and get a refund. The so-called manager denied my request and offered us a different suite. Her excuse for giving us the dirty room was that we made our reservation at the last minute. She said the previous guest was there for 2 months.They basically blamed us for the circumstances!!! No, that nasty room should have never been available to any guests if it wasnt ready. The 2nd suite was nice. But the customer service was horrible throughout the entire stay. For my inconvenience, they gave us vouchers for a complimentary breakfast. But then they tried to **** me for the breakfast. I tried to make the best of my stay and use the fitness room. After working out for 15 minutes at 10:45am, a security guard asked me to leave because the fitness center was closed. She informed me that it was only open from 7am to 11am and 6pm to 11pm.

      A lady named ******* ******* (event planner) at the hotel ******* my husband and I of our $1500. The issue was that this lady did not explain or communicate correctly throughout the couple of months I was in contact with her. I got in contact with her in January 2021. She told me something that wasn't true and the hotel staff told me something different. We was suppose to have our ceremony on July 16, 2021. But, it didn't take place of course. We was suppose to have gotten our money back in a week and it has been two weeks. My family and friends received their money but me and my husband has not. So, when I began calling constantly, almost everyday, the hotel staff kept lying and covering up for her. they also do not answer any front desk calls AT ALL! The service was extremely POOR. ******* ******* STOLE OUR MONEY AND RAN WITH IT! The hotel staff claim that they also did not have a higher head over them as if they were just working for their selves and that doesn't make sense. I know every hotel or resort has an owner and the revenue manager Monika claimed that they didn't give out numbers or anything to file a complaint or issue. I just feel like this hotel should get shut down because scamming people of their money is not how you run a business. All we want is our money back.
