Our experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. This company was recommended to us and after seeing all their 5 star reviews we hired them to have an inspection done on a property we were purchasing. At first we were impressed by the service but it wasn't until after the inspection we quickly realized there was a major lack in efficiency and effectiveness. We found a number of issues that were not listed in the initial inspection report and would have been a deciding factor on whether we proceeded with the purchase. There were electrical issues, gas line issues, plumbing leaks, and mold found. We reached out to the company regarding these issues and to our surprise the owner rudely dismissed everything and took no accountability. Baffled and confused I can't begin to understand how we received such subpar service in comparison to the reviews and service others had claimed they were provided. As a RA, I am well aware that inspections only cover a limited scope of the home but some of the defects found should have been noted in the inspection report. Instead ****, the owner claimed that these were code issues and not his problem, when in fact they were a lack of effectiveness and a clear indication that **** and his team didn't even look or inspect areas that should have been inspected as per a proper 4 point inspection.

I am sorry you had issues after closing.  As I recall, these were largely beyond the scope of a home inspection.  We can't detect mold behind baseboards and are not code inspectors.  There were no leaks at the time of inspection.

worst experience so far and very upset with the owner itself Mr. Wise , who has given me peace of mind that the inspection passed and nothing major is wrong with the house, we are running on the third month back and forth since day one for a major water and multiple leaks around the house, also with plumbing and claiming warranty as well. In portfolio says will cover up to $4000 some change worth of damage; when contacted explained me in a false way its actually only $500 worth of damage; also my washer and dryer never worked from day one said the inspection was done right. Don't know who else to contact to claim my damages for new washer or dryer or at least fix the water leak i have still now. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in future . Fraud inspection , fraud claim package of warranty, lack of response from the ownership. Tried to even contact multiple times keeps saying he is busy and that i have bad luck . Bad business hope everyone stays aware of this company.

I am sorry you add issues after you moved in. All appliances were tested during the inspection and there were no plumbing leaks at the time. Unfortunatley we cannot predict when something will fail.  We have discontinued using the **************** as they provided terrible service and excluded so many things.
