I used Homecrete to build my home in 2021. It took 15 months to build. The job site manager kept telling me it was taking so long because "we build quality and quality isn't fast". Well, I can see light through my front and back door. I have beetles almost every night that come in under the slider because there's a gap, Installation was obviously done quickly, no quality. They damaged my walkway, patio, and house with the forklifts when laying the sod and have still not returned to patch the stucco damage exposing the **** They installed aluminum studs throughout the home despite my protesting because they don't hold weight. The shelves in the closets have fallen and needed to be replaced, I've only been in the house one and a half years. Light bulbs have burned out in almost every room new bulbs say they last 10+ years, such great quality using old supplies. The house was built on sand/seashells and doesn't grow regular grass, my yard is basically weeds even though it's treated regularly with weed killer. I have patches of white sand/shells all over. I was told it was standard and soil would be added on top... Well, it's gone. I've had them come back twice to fix the soffit screens that keep falling out and the guy that comes just tries to tuck it back inside the stucco. What quality? I emailed the ** and he didn't respond, instead, he forwarded my concerns to the manager I was having problems with. They forgot the electrical outlets in the middle of the floor and was told it was too much work to dig up the concrete at that point.. Quality? Same with the lights in the kitchen over the island. The electrician said, "I can come back and put them in after closing and you can throw me cash, it'll be faster and cheaper than if I do it before you close". I felt like I had no choice. guess who canceled or was a no show 3x and I had to pay an outside electrician to hang lights. I would never use this company again and will be disclosing all that I know and experienced.
