Terrible company. Big scam. Don't give refund. Send you product with no actual product in the sticks and charged card for full price and did not even order product. Awful customer service only gave 1 star cuz zero not an option

Good Afternoon ******************* had 2 accounts with FITTEAM Global. Our refund policy states the following :
At FITTEAM, we stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from FITTEAM, you have 90 days from the order date to have your product returned for a refund. You will need to return any unused product along with its original packaging to FITTEAM prior to a refund being issued for your product purchase price (less membership fee, shipping and handling).
Please note: Only first/initial orders are eligible to be returned/refunded. Products that are returned outside of the FITTEAM Return Policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
For First Order Returns within 90-Days of the sales transaction date, Membership fees, shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping, and responsible for any lost packages. FITTEAM encourages the Customer to purchase insurance and tracking for their Returns. After ninety (90) days of the sales transaction date of the First Order, no refunds will be offered.The most recent order is dated 1/25/24. As a courtesy, we issued a refund for ****** to the card on file.

when I first decided to try FITTEAM FIT I weighed 297lbs and my doctors were pushing me for weight-loss surgery. I dug deep and researched for months before finally taking that leap of faith. I lost 40lbs/lots of inches in under 2 months, by the start of my 7th month I had released 100lbs and over 80 inches off my body! Over the course of the next few years I lost an addtl 68lbs... I did this with no crazy dieting I did this with no crazy exercising I did this by following our FIT5 nutrition plan periodically throughout my journey of losing a total of 168lbs. I did this also by following FITTEAM's recommendations on how/when to take my FIT supplement. Miserable refund compliance. I called customer service (contact number omitted per BBB policy) last week about the refund I requested after returning the unused portion of the product on June 27, 2023, consisting of 56 product packets of the 60 I received. I was told there was a delay in issuing refunds, and my wife had already spoken with an agent about the issue, a lie. My wife never called or spoke with anyone. I called today and was told my refund was delayed with no idea when it would be completed. Ponzi Scheme! NEVER BUY A HEALTH PRODUCT AT A STREET FAIR with little opportunity to check it out online first. The company still owes me purchase price of $122.26. I purchased the product June 13, 2023, and paid via debit card.Review from Denine W

They are one big Scam of a company. Beware. Read their reviews. Just looking out for others so they dont fall for this scam of a company. Im basing my review off my own review research.Review from Shana E

The customer service is the worst!! I tried several times to get in touch with someone about an order that had been placed a month ago. The order was not received and the money was not placed back into my account! I am still trying to get my money back.
