      Doy una estrella **** no da opcin d no poner ninguna,Esta empresa es una estafa, compr un producto con psima calidad y con alto precio, junto al producto llego una cadena q dicen ellos q es d oro como regalo d un sorteo, q la cadena sea d oro es falso es fantasa, pero no viene al caso solo q es una prueba mas q esta compaa o lo q sea es una estafa, no son serios, ni legales,hize compra d un producto q me llega con muy mala calidad , producto q no me **** la delivery revisar, ****** reviso el paquete no tiene la calidad requerida, el producto es psimo, con muy mala calidad,rapidamente llamo y pido cambio del producto y me *** a escoger productos q en el mercado tienen precios muy por debajo a lo q ya pagu, es decir , me quieren cobrar por el producto escogido un precio demasiado alto, les pido q se me devuelva el ****** pagado y devuelvo la Compra hecha q no la he ni sacado del nailon, me dicen q no viran ****** para atrs q es la poltica d ellos, dicha poltica nadie me explic nunca , accedo al cambio d mi producto por otro , pagu bien caro el producto q selecciono esta en el mercado a menos, an as les digo q hago el cambio d producto y me dicen q debo pagarle al delivery $10 ms ****** este me traiga el producto nuevo, no entiendo el **** tengo q seguir pagando ms ****** ****** el producto q compr no tiene calidad alguna, por favor **** serios, son unos estafadores.

      This comany takes advantage of seniors. My 70 year old mother, saw an ad on TV for compression socks sold by B.N.T (*********************************************** *****). She was sold 4 pairs of compression socks for $200. Unforunately, the customer service representative never explained that the company does not process returns only exchanges. The compression socks were made of bad quality material, and the compression/mmHg pressure was lower than 8-15mmHg. My mother has ********* doctor told her to return the socks because they were worthless for her. My mother spent hours with customer service representaives who were rude, unprofessional and simply kept repeating the same line "we only do exchanges for products & no refund returns".The worst part was when one customer service representative told her that if the socks did not work for her, they could send a catalog of "other products" that she could purchase for the $200 credit. Really, to spend $200 on "other products" that she doesn't even need. The audacity of this company is above & beyond.

      Very disappointed with this business and the product they’re selling a tea that makes you lose weight..by , Smart product, B.N.T. 8113 NW 33rd St., Doral, FL 33122 . I bought This tea ,”called Dr, Ming Tea, organic ,from an infomercial on TV. On March 10 2022.. they were not supposed to charge me shipping and handling they charge me for two packs of tea $150, dollars for 60 bags of tea for each bag, of tea. I only open one bag of 60 tea. Supposed to be 21 to 30 day money back guaranteed. We are calling for a refund because the tea does not work they charge me $39 for shipping and handling when in the infomercial they said it was free shipping and handling.. in total they charge me $189 for two bags of tea organic green tea that’s supposed to make you lose weight. It didn’t work for my mother. She called them April 1, 2022. They answered her three days later and said they couldn’t refunded her the tea she only open one bag they’re supposed to refund the money back is a 30 day guarantee to 21 day guarantee this was written at the end of the receipt the invoice they’re giving her the runaround to refund her the money we want to return the tea and they’re giving me the runaround they only want to give me $50 or $60 now and no supervisor or manager wants to get on the phone they only sending customer service to call back. I want a refund the tea does not work paid $150 for 60 tea bags in a bag for two bags it’s absurd this is not right.” what they’re doing To my ,I want a refund I’m reporting them to BBB.. please be careful with this company..

We stand by the efficacy of our products, while at the same time understanding every body is different and the tea may be more effective to some than to others. Pertaining to your timeline, if your mother ordered on March 10th, the 21 days would have been March 31st, and if your mother called on April 1st, this would put her out of the 21 day money back guarantee.
