My order number is GKU36300. I purchased a bottle of balancing hair shampoo from GK Hair on July 25th 2023 based on the online quiz on their website. I have oily color treated hair. The shampoo was supposed to make my hair less oily and remove build up. I only used it twice and it made my hair worse than before! It's a greasy feeling, heavy, and highly fragranced shampoo. My hair was oilier, greasier and just plain gross after using the shampoo. I understand the return policy however this shampoo is defective! Plain and simple. I have been emailing the company for the past few weeks trying to get my issue resolved. I was told if I filled out a return form a pre paid shipping label would be emailed to me. That never happened. My issue could have been resolved weeks ago, instead I have been shuffled around by different customer service reps who apologize but didn't do anything to resolve my issue. The shampoo is defective. I will gladly send it back once they send me a pre paid shipping label. I paid $30 for a defective product. All I want is a refund.
