On 2-9-24, Grout Plus sent a crew to my house to complete five tasks: caulk glass shower stall, kitchen backsplash, guest bath tub surround, loose grout area, and stain grout throughout my home, all of which their estimator, ****** assured would be professionally completed by her crew.After a minimum of 3 calls to ****** because of problems, I was informed by their team leader, ******, that they were finished and didnt know that they were supposed to caulk my master shower, although I had explained to ****** that this was my prime concern. After about ten minutes, he reappeared to tell me that he could not complete the shower, because there was additional moisture under the metal strip when they removed the caulk around it.It has been 13 days since I have been able to use my master shower, and I have made endless calls and texts to ****** for help.. Because they wanted full payment, they sent a technician out the next day 2-10 who unfortunately was unprepared and needed to call ****** for instruction. After this first attempt, the metal strip came off in two days. After I complained again, they sent the same technician a second time, and he mounted a crooked strip.On 2-20, after many calls to ******, I called their owner, *********************, who informed me that showers were not their business, and that I needed to hire a shower installer. I mentioned to him that ****** had been in my shower, had photos, quoted doing the shower, and the metal strip was stable before his crew worked in my bathroom .He ignored that information and chastised me for keeping him from his work.Since GP has refused responsibility, I was forced to hire ************* who charged $120.00 to silicone caulk my shower and $145.00 to install a new metal strip.Their technician indicated that GP used inferior silicone, left interior holes, and failed to remove the exterior old caulk.I would like reimbursement in addition to a copy of my paid bill which I have requested 5 times.
