      The scheduling department manager ****** is very difficult to contact.If you get to speak with ****** she does not pay any attention to what she promised ****** makes an appointment and fails to notify the field forces or makes an appointment with the field forces and fails to notify the customer The field forces are put in a no win position because of her actions.****** should be retrained if APS wants to keep their customers

      I contacted the company about replacing a transfer switch in my electrical panel for my portable Generator. After being told that they don't repair portable generators, I again explained that my generator was working and it was the transfer switch i needed repaired/replaced. The person I spoke to checked with someone in the office and they said they would send someone out but I needed to prepay the service call charge, which I did on my C C. When someone eventually came out, the service Tech told us that they don't work on panels with portable generators. I called the office to talk with a manager to find out why they charged my card if they knew they wouldn't help me and I was told that they were in "meetings" and would call me back after the meetings. The person I spoke to did tell me that there was a notation in my call sheet that I had a portable generator. I still have not received a call back so i will have to dispute the charge with ****

      The staff/technician sent to install and hook up the wi fi connectivity was extremely rude and unprofessional to sat the least.Suffice it to say that several months later there is still no wi fi connectivity.It is clear that service is sub standard but fees are to be paid and raised without question.It is a typical but sad business model based on recurring fees and "service contract" renewals without the providing of reputable and professional customer and technical service.

      This company is terrible. Several months ago, my generator wouldnt start for its 10 minute weekly test run. APS charged me $217 for a tech to come and troubleshoot. He told me to just hit the top with a s**** driver and it would work. That worked about 2 weeks. A month later, APS charge me $470. to troubleshoot (again), order the correct part and do the repairs. The tech came back and installed the part. It didnt work. I asked him what the problem was. He didnt know. I told him to take the part off and take it back to APS. Later, on 2 separate occasions, I got a call from APS saying they were sending a tech to troubleshoot. I declined. Subsequently, I received a call from *****************, director of sales and marketing at APS. She asked to come and give a quote for a new generator. I told her that I was disputing the charge as the troubleshooting was wrong, I sent the part back and no repair was made. She assured me that the charge would be reversed. They never reversed the charge. I found APS to be incompetent, disreputable, and dishonest. ***************** ***************

      After an annoying process of getting a tech out to my home, Nolan was wonderful. He was friendly and professional. He explained all issues in a way that I could easily understand. All repairs were made in a quick efficient manner. I could not be more pleased. I will be requesting him from now on.

      APS installed a whole house generator about a year ago. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and very customer driven. Whenever I had a question, it was answered .If I left a message, my call, text or email was returned. Everyone that I have dealt with ether, sales, or service has been fantastic. Hats off to the entire team at APS.
