One day techs called to go but customer was not available. The week of 7/7/23 I offered a time slot for the next day I believe, but he was not going to be available at that time. On 7/14/23 I called him and offered an appointment window of 1pm-4pm on 7/27/23 but he said he goes to the gym at that time. I told him I will keep my eye on the schedule and call again when I see we are going to be close by.
On 7/28/23 Mr. ****** called and I was able to schedule him for 8/2/23. I confirmed we are going to just move the dryer back 1-2 inches and he said yes, and then check the connection too. I said ok. During this call he insisted that ********************* up on him three times yesterday (****** was filling in for me for a couple of weeks while I was out). I asked what phone number he was calling, he said the 561 number. I explained that all the calls come to me, that the ****************************** I asked him for the # he was calling, he told me it was ************; I explained that is our old phone number that we lost about a year ago, there was confusion and AT&T gave it to someone else without us even knowing. He kept insisting the lady said wrong number and hung up. I tried to explain again it could not have been ****** and that we haven't had that number in a year or so, and I gave hime our new 561 number, which we have had for a few weeks now; ***************
After seeing his review, I called him today, 7/31/23 to discuss; I said we do not feel his review is fair, and also inaccurate and would he reconsider what he wrote. He said lets see how things go Wednesday. I told him we are not comfortable going to his home again and running the risk of him possibly reporting more inaccuracies. He said ok then he will be writing another review. I said ok, goodbye.
