WoW!! Where do I even start with this sh*t show?!?!! Well number one is just plain NO, NO, Hel* NO!!! Most of the BHTs were completely bullies, and extremely hateful and lazy. Sit on their **** eating laughing and doing nothing!!! Never had my complete list of my scripts written by the doc. This happened at both west palm detox and Ambrosia at Singer island. They bully, harass, Gang up on patients. The **** **** is rude and called me out accusing me of lying about not being able to p*** in 19 days bc she said I wanted attention. They threatened me 2-3 times u have got to eat (I cant eat that c*** food). Said I better eat and go to groups (when I was dog as* sick puking crying for 5-6 days straight. One of the other patients at singer Island cussed me out saying F you, f this f that. Told my therapist nothing got done. As a matter of fact they never got c*** done. Nurse would leave at 7 am 7 pm. They left us there with NO Nursing Staff on location. Numerous nurses quit. Never staffed enough. They told me I had to either go to ER and be discharged or get a ticket for flight to come home. I just got home an hour ago, have been awake since 3 am. They just dont give 2 craps about the clients. My mom contacted them about getting me money for days they lied told her they would return her call guess what?? They NEVER called her and they lying about my mail prepaid card not coming. It was mailed from MS on a week tomorrow. I had no money for food, cokes, cigs, NOTHING. They talked me to like Im worthless. Crying everyday single day 2-3 times daily for 5-6 days. Dont go here!!!! They just want ur money!!!!!

This is a terrible place. They tell you on the website this is place to recover in a safe space free of triggering people or places. This is a triggering place full of triggering people. At least one of the STAFF members stole all the cash I bought with me (only $60 but really?). When I got there they took all my stuff and then told me to go to the nurse and we would log all my things when I was done at the nurse. 3-4 hours later they bring me back and start having me sign the last documents when I notice my wallet opened so I pick it up and opens it and ask “where is my cash? I had $60, 3-$20 bills” they kelp suggesting I must have misplaced it and to check my pockets. I clearly said NO I didn’t misplace it. I put it in there right in front of you. One of the staff confirmed she seen at least 1 $20 bill. So I said someone STOLE this money. I really assumed the staff had not secured my items and another patient had done it. I noticed a camera and said does that camera record or is it just a live feed? They said it records. I told them they need to view it because someone was a thief. The next afternoon I get an “inspection” they go through my luggage where they find the “missing” money inside an eyeglass case in my checked bag. I have NEVER put money in my luggage especially not a checked bag? And then they left saying I told you that you misplaced it. That confirmed to me the thief was a staff member. The director ****** either didn’t really check or was just covering the CRIME to protect the company. There were 3 arguments (one got physical and involved the police being called). I was going there to deal with my own anxiety and I couldn’t even focus on that with all the anxiety that was being caused by the trauma they were causing me!! DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE INCLUDING YOURSELF!

for starters they don’t care about the patients unless they have good insurance. ok though it’s a business but they will lie to keep you longer the better your insurance. when it’s time to leave the do not listen to what you plan for after care. they send you somewhere 2 hours away where you in know no one and it’s in a very sketchy area. if you don’t want to go there they just drop you in the side of the street with your suitcase. not to mention as an employee the head lady ********* expects you to work from your phone from home when you’re on vacation and not pay you for any of it. she’s too afraid of confrontation she has an employees that lets the clients raise a riot until they get what they want. the place is absolute garbage and the worst place you could send a loved one too. from the top to the bottom.
