This place is a scam.on the 4/4/2021 i signed a contract with this company,ans as of 10/4/2023,they only payed off on one credit card504.00,one place call ******************* law office said they had never contacted them and they put a jugement agasint me through court,please don't fall for this,contact the Attorney General of *******,this company needs to be investaged.

We appreciate the opportunity to address ******************** concerns about our service. It's important to note that despite her dissatisfaction, **************** has not been willing to communicate with us to enable us to address her issues effectively. We'll make an effort to address these concerns here.
**************** enrolled in our program in April 2021 with a projected duration of 46 months. During this period, we successfully resolved three out of the five accounts she had enrolled. One account was completely settled, while we were actively working on securing settlements for two other accounts when **************** decided to discontinue her program.
One of her enrolled accounts received a legal notice, which understandably raised concerns for ****************. It's important to clarify that creditor legal actions are a common occurrence, and we routinely handle such situations. We were in the process of negotiating a settlement for this legal account when **************** chose to cancel her program prematurely. Unfortunately, this decision didn't allow us the opportunity to effectively manage the account in question or complete the ongoing settlements.
We believe that had we been given the chance to communicate with **************** and continue her program as originally planned, we could have successfully addressed the legal account and any other enrolled accounts. We are still committed to resolving any remaining concerns if **************** is willing to discuss them further.Review from Kenneth V

I was speaking with Senior Account Specialist and she was beyond rude. She would not let me talk and spoke to me as if I understood the process and the what everything entails. When asking questions, I did not get a straight answer and when I stopped her to get my point across, she rudely hung up on me. Stay away. You're better off paying your debt on your own and not through any agency.First Choice Credit Management, LLC Response

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about your experience. We reviewed this conversation and it appears that the call was dropped. While our representative was speaking, there was a beeping sound that suddenly started and our representative was heard saying "hello" several times. Our representative immediately attempted to call back the number on the caller ID but it was a business and we did not have any direct extension to reach you. We apologize if you thought we disconnected the call and if your experience with our company was not great. We completely agree that everyone is better paying their debt on their own as you stated in your review. However, we are here to assist individuals who are struggling to pay their debt on their own as an alternative to bankruptcy. I am working very diligently to get my credit life back in order. I acted in good faith and hired an organization with at Law firm in my state. From the moment I signed my intent to work with the organization I received nothing but double talk and misinformation. I wanted to open an account to settle my debt with a large one time payment and the paperwork they provided reflected that I would be making the same 5 figure sum payment monthly. Repeated requests to have the paperwork changed were ignored and I was told that it was just the way they write it up and not to worry. (5 figures is always something to worry about). Just as I was about to sever ties with the company, I learned that the "parent" company of the one I was working with was First Choice Credit Management. In my original agreement, I wanted the company to settle 3 large debts and nothing else. As I was working with another debt I was informed that I could not have access to my OWN ACCOUNTS because First Choice Management was in charge of my accounts. I never agreed to work with First Choice Management and did not agree to have any other accounts settled by them or anyone else beyond the 3 agreed upon with the original firm. I have closed the account with the servicing company, but cannot reach anyone at the law group that works with First Choice to do the same. This is one of the shadiest operations I have ever encountered and will be filing a formal complaint if this is not resolved in my favor immediately.
