This company was withdrawing 29.95 per month since 2008 on my business banking account. When contacted, they stated that a ****** *, authorized this. A ***** *. has never worked in my business and I have had my business for 17 years. I am in the process of closing my business. As I was closing my accounts with merchant services, I noticed the name on the account as Merchant Service Merchsrvcs. While further talking to my merchant service account they stated that this was not them. It was found out to be Saturday Holdings and Legal Club of America that sells **** insurance to businesses. They get all of their information through fraudulent means and name their withdrawals as merchant services. There have been two other businesses that have reported this fraud on the Better Business Bureau site as well and mimics the fraud that occurred with my company. I contacted them and she stated that they would reimburse me for 3 months of ****s. I wanted 13 years reimbursement and it was denied over the phone. They say that they are selling insurance for merchant accounts for Discover, Visa, etc. but they have no contact with my merchant service account. I have never given out banking information over the phone for my business and my employees do not have access to this information. It is extremely unsettling that I had fraud on my account four years ago and they continued to remove money monthly after a new account was opened. How did they get my new account information? This is total fraud! I am out over $4,000 from this **** of a company. In 2010 there was a class action lawsuit for the same type of fraud with this company and they was a 6 million dollar settlement with these two companies as well as discover card. When is this going to stop! They lost a class action lawsuit and continue to take money monthly from small businesses and title it merchant services. There was no mail correspondence, no phone correspondence, and no internet correspondence for 17 years from this company. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A- rating. They deserve a big F for *****!
