INTEREST RATE TOO HIGH!!! I WAS QUOTED A LOWER WHEN WHEN I AGREED TO THIS!

This company is deplorable. They flat out lied to me! On one call, about a month ago, I asked specifically if I could pay my balance off with a credit card and they said yes. I land a Citibank card with 0% to do this, then today, they said I couldn't. They also said the interest rate was 9.9%, but what they didn't say is that they charge it Per Diem! Every day it's about $1.75 from the day the last payment is made. based on the total balance of purchase. Legal or not, it's disgusting. I couldn't even talk to a supervisor after being on hold for over 20 mins. **** didn't even have the guts to talk to me! He made the poor nice rep drop that bombshell I told that poor kid to look for a better company to work for. These shysters should be shut down!! Now I'm stuck with a nice credit card and no balance to transfer. There seems to be no recourse for me.

They truly should be out of business. I began an 18 month Interest Free loan for an hvac unit in February 2023. On my current statement, it shows that they are taking ***** percent interest out of my monthly payments. They have been paid in full every month. One month they screwed up the bill by 3 cents and set my loan into default mode, thereby thinking they have the right to do this. I spoke with several agents, including a manager, and they all stated that this will be fixed and put back to a no interest loan. And they continue to charge interest every single month.

**** artists. I used this firm through the HVAC installer for my new heating system. They sent the first invoice to the correct address and then I never got another invoice. No humans are available on their phone system when you call. A month later, my neighbor brings over two invoices they got at their address. This company changed one digit in my street address, for some reason. I mailed a check immediately and the same day started to get phone calls, texts and emails from this loser company demanding my $100 payment. I didn't bother responding to the calls/texts/emails, just blocked their numbers and marked the emails as span. Apparently they delay posting your check so you will incur late fees. My advice is to avoid this **** company at all costs. I am printing my own payment coupons so I can send them in with my checks, because this company apparently uses every **** possible to make your payment post late and then they can charge late fees. This company has agreements with all HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, window and door installers, so I would avoid financing any home repair or renovation through service finance, aka SVC FIN company.

they are a crooked company. First I paid off balance in full to prevent interest from occurring. they accepted the payment and i had a zero balance they then returned the payment and charged interest. Then i overpaid the balance paying the entire thing off and they have yet to credit me my overpayment. this was months ago. how do these type of companies stay in business?

This company has the most uncooperative people with which to work! I called many times only to have been put on hold for 20+!minutes each time. When I was able to get a live body, they were unwilling to investigate 2 payments that my bank withdrew from my account and they denied receiving those payments! When my statement was sent, they had attached late fees, which acrued DAILY! I finally bit the bullet and paid off the balance, which included over $118 in late fees! I was exhausted trying to work with the nasty idiots and didnt want to tarnish my credit over this losing battle!! If you see that your purchase is to be financed by this company, you need to run the other way!!

horrible horrible horrible They are very unprofessional! 1. They had my billing all messed up. So I tried to straighten out. They said they did, however when received my bill it was wrong AGAIN! I called and talked with *************************, SVP, Director of Operations, ********************************************************************************************, Ph: ************, Fx: ************ to get what was actually due and he argued with me...needless to say he was wrong and was looking at the wrong year (REALLY!!!!!) and they he proceeded to hang up on me. 2. I contacted the company two weeks ago since they decided to call my parents phone to say I was late on payment (which I was not) and they said if you do not want us to call any other number than yours, please put in an email which I promptly did that day. However, two weeks later, they decided to call my work - WOW REALLY GUESS HE JUST BROKE THAT RULE.

The worst Finance company I have ever dealt with referred by an air conditioner installment company. I will spread the word among family, friends, Co workers and associates to never deal with neither one of these businesses

I recently paid off my loan five years early and Service refused to refund the overpayment of interest. Do not do business with this group if you pay your bills on time. All they keep telling me l signed a contract when it was presented to me as part of an air conditioning sale.Do not do busness with this group.*************************

Worse company |I have delt with for finance. First while I had the loan I made a payment 15 days before being due. When the payment came due I started getting calls that my payment was overdue. When I called I was told that I made the payment to early and I could use that money for the payment or make a payment. I took out a loan and paid off the loan through this company on 8/24/2022. After a month I called and was told a check was issued on 9/21/2022 and to wait another week. I called back in another week after not receiving the check and was told that it was probably delayed because of the hurricane. Waited another month (11/21/202)2 called and was told that an email was sent to accounting to stop payment on check but it would take a month to issue a new check. Called again 12/15/2022 after explaining situation again was asked if ||I wanted to speak to a supervisor and I said yes. Was put on hold then person came back and said all managers were busy and would call me back. No one called back. My wife called on 12/16/2022 and went through the same thing twice with no manager assistance. I cannot believe that the government to allow companies like this to continue to operate. I guess my next step is the consumer affairs division in ******** or a lawyer.
