***** the supervisor is very rude at the *************** location , I called to resolve and issue with my vehicle and ***** was very rude to me. He degraded my situation he was yelling because I asked him to not give me a lecture on my choices with my vehicle. Even after that he proceeded to hang up in my face on which he claimed to be a recorded line ? This is suppose to be CUSTOMER SERVICE , the guest needs should be handled in a respectful manner. It seems to me like ****** position has gotten way over his head. I wouldnt ever deal with this company again and wouldnt recommend using you all. One bad apple can spoil things for the whole business ! And to look at other reviews they are all 1 star ! Yal need to step up your game because reviews dont lie and its impossible this many people have the same concerns about this place. ******** the call agent that picked up the first time was amazing very helpful and very understanding of my situation not judging me at all. She needs a promotion for sure. She made me feel like my problems where understood and put first , as well as trying to help me as much as possible.

These People NEVER get Information CORRECT, And their Attitudes of Business is very poor *** Professional at ALL , You send them information they swear they do not get it , They HARASSING My family about a ***, That has been totally totaled , and has information from ********************** But they calling my SON , that We owe , ****** about no insurance,, If we didnt have insurance, we would not have License, AGAIN THEY NEEDS TO STOP THE HARASSMENT, and also WE DO NOT OWE THEM , NOTHING WE are filing this Complaint to BBB, If they Keep it UP it will go further to THE NEWS, and THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, INSPECTOR GENERAL AND TO A LAWYER, People are TIRED of Them and they have TERRIBLE REVIEWS. February The 2nd The Car Was in an Accident NOT AT FAULT, and They were PAID ****** AND HAVE NOT DRIVEN THE *** AT IN FEBRUARY. NEEDS TO STOP, GET BETTER BUSINESS TATICS, OR GET PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DO THEIR DATA ENTRY WORK, BECAUSE SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB THANK YOU ******* FAMILY

I purchased my vehicle in October 22. I have never been 30 days late on a payment. This company starts calling and texting you the day of. Calling your cell phone and work phone. So when I schedule payments ahead of time because I know it will be past the due date, they do not seem to see it on the customer portal. I recently have had to make my payments later but still not 30 days past due. No one called me so I figured they saw the payment from the portal this time. Until I get a text today saying its critical that I call. I called and spoke to a representative on a recorded line and she says okay I see the payment and I notated your account so you are all set your vehicle is fine and no beeping, I said well I received an email today about beeping, she said let me check. No your vehicle is fine. To get a text saying that they cannot honor my arrangement. How unprofessional that I was told one thing on a recorded line and then for someone to try to change the story later. She also informed me about not having insurance . I always have insurance on my vehicle and as a matter of fact I told ******* my insurance agent emailed the information a few weeks ago. Apparently they didnt get it. I personally emailed the declaration page today, and no one has said anything about receiving it. They are charging me additional money for them claiming that I do not have insurance!!! Dissatisfied to say the least!!! I will be filing another complaint as well. Very dissatisfied at this point and time! No one ever is on the same page. You always get a different story when you speak to different people.

You all are an bunch of thieves it was close to me finishing paying my car off then either someone that works there stole or misplaced the money for my car note you all are an bunch of liars and I so glad you all repo my daughter car now Im about to *** this company of thieves I may not get an dime but no one will do business with you all

They harass you to oblivion, I made payments in full and on time for the longest. BUT! When I couldnt make one, they started calling me (which is fine and I actually prefer this). Unfortunately, when Im at work and they call and I cant answer the phone. They start calling family, friends and LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE CLOSE TO YOU. ALSO JUST TO CLARIFY, I NEVER GAVE THEM ANY OF THOSE NUMBERS TO THEM. They start calling them and harassing them saying they want to get in contact with me??? How do they have those numbers?? And how are they allowed to do that?? Leave people that have nothing to do with this contract ALONE!

Stephen S**** is the only reason I’m giving this company a five star ! I have called in to receive customer service numerous of times and it was absolutely horrible on premise occasions. Stephen S**** needs to be in the HR department so he can assist in finding this place some good help . Mr s**** is beyond exceptional is very professional and I really enjoyed our interaction today . I finally feel I was being provided help today Mr S**** even gave me advice on handling my delinquent payment. He is better than great . Please give him a raise!

I got a auto loan from them and I decided to check on the balance of the loan after five months of paying faithfully. I noticed that my balance was more than it was when I started making payments and it didnt look like I ever made a payment. When I asked them why this was happening, they never responded. So, I asked where my payments were going, and they said they were broken up into interest, principal, and fees. I asked what the fees were and they couldnt explain. What a bunch of thieves.

I am a current customer of ********************** Real for the last 6 months I have been begging this company to come and pick up my vehicle due to financial hardship. I have explained to them several times I no longer make the same amount of money nor do I work the same amount of hours. I also explained to them how I was misinformed about them refinancing my loan after 6 months of paying my car payment, I was told my payments would be lowered. I spoke with Mr. *************************** who is an employee of Credito Real and was advised I was given the wrong information during the purchase of this vehicle. I am 44 days behind on payment and have stressed to them I simply cannot afford this vehicle anymore and to please come and get it. I believe they are trying to obtain an unreasonable amount and flip it on me that I got behind on my payments when I have been in constant contact with them since December of 2022 to come and retrieve this vehicle, some of there customer service reps are extremely unprofessional and rude! They really do not care about there customers and are extremely unprofessional and have malice intent when it comes to business. I would not recommend this finance company to anyone.

They approved and finalized my application then told me on the phone I'm disability so I won't be approved. This is after the fact they signed all the papers and have my bank information. ???? Not happy at all . DISCRIMINATION big time zero stars .
