      This company is a total scam. I never signed a contract with them and I cancelled the appointment for them to install what my computer support person said was a lot of free and not useful software. They charge an exorbitant price for software that they are getting for free. Then a couple months later they attempted to do a wire transfer out of my bank account that they had no authorization to do. Fortunately, I had put a stop pay on their company before they were able to steal my money. They deserve a NO STAR rating but one star is required to post a review.Steer clear of this company at all cost.

      To address your concern about the agreement, it's our practice to treat all verbal consents and scheduling of onboarding appointments as an affirmation of our services.

      When payment information is shared over the phone, scheduled an onboarding appointment, agreed on the terms verbally, we interpret it as a gesture of commitment. You are correct, you never signed the document, only agreed over the phone that you would. We acknowledge that this process may have led to some confusion, and we are taking steps to make this clearer for future clients.

      Regarding the charges made to your account, it was due to an unintentional clerical error. It it was rectified immediately upon being brought to our attention. We deeply regret the distress this may have caused you and we are taking measures to ensure such errors are not repeated in the future.

      Our goal is to ensure that all customers have a positive experience and feel secure with our services. We understand that we failed to meet this standard in your case, and for that, we apologize.

      Rush Tech is awesome. They have taken good care of us for years. They are ready to solve my computer problems. We trust them and have not had bad experience since 2014.
