?????????? Recently made the switch to Broadstar for my internet service and Ive been pleasantly surprised. The setup was a breezethe team was efficient, knew their stuff, and had me up and running faster than I anticipated. It was refreshing to deal with tech support that could break things down without oversimplifying.The performance bump in my internet speed is noticeable. Downloads zip by, streaming in HD is seamless, and my gaming sessions have been lag-free. Its a robust service that handles all my needs without a hitch, from teleconferencing to large file transfers.I had one instance to test their customer service over a billing query and was braced for the worst. Turns out, I was worried for nothing. The response was prompt, and the resolution was straightforward, handled by someone who actually understood my issue and resolved it efficiently.Pricing is competitive, especially for the quality of service and speed stability you get. Theres always a bit of skepticism about rates climbing after the initial period, but given the current value, it seems justified.For those in the **** for a reliable, no-nonsense internet provider, Broadstar has been a solid choice for me. Its refreshing to get exactly what youre promised, with the added bonus of competent customer support. Definitely a step up from previous experiences.

Being told not to call customer service about the **********************/phone being down for 5 days and looks like thru the weekend, no date as to when it will be back up is a bit absurd. I'm out of cell data service and ** this complex is 'locked in' with Broadstar, we cannot get help from the community or purchase any external providers (although, the *** outlawed this it's still being done).

Continual service interruptions me and my wife live in hunters run apartments and have been without internet for two days with no expectation of it being fixed anytime soon called customer support 02/05/24 and could not get an ETA on when the internet comes back up my wife works from home and unfortunately this is the only internet we can have

When I called BroadStar to speak to someone in charge about my problem with the billing, the young man that I spoke to was named ****. He was very helpful, he steered me through all the things I was mistaken about, explained everything, and I want to commend him on his professionalism, honesty, and good humor. He's a very valuable employee! Good work, ****!

I have never heard of BroadStar before and **** was an ***** and helped me through the process with as little stress as possible! This man deserves a raise for his friendliness, kindness, compassion, and expertise (not to mention his awesome jokes). Seriously, he was a great help and answered all of my questions and I am looking forward to working with BroadStar as my wireless internet provider for years to come.

We have dealt with **** in customer service numerous times. He is the perfect representative! **** takes ownership of your concerns and stays with you until resolution is found. We are consistently impressed with his knowledge, patience and willingness to listen. He always ends the call by confirming next steps if needed and making sure we are comfortable with our experience. Kudos *****

I had communications with three Broadstar employees in the last three days. Brandon, Nate and John M. each handled parts of my installation with professionalism and technical expertise. Each went above the service level that customers love! ***** * ********* *******
