      Ordered a clutch and they not only delayed the shipment saying it was the vendor, they proceeded to slow roll the refund process. Have told every mustang owner I know not to touch the fly-by-night shop.

      Why do you let this company claim to be BBB accredited? When it's not! They shouldn't be allowed to fly your logo like they have your approval.

      Ordered a part online, description said upper and lower lip, received only the lower. After much correspondence with the company, they acknowledged the description said both parts and said they'll change the description on their site, and pretty much told me to pound as sand, as for them standing behind what they advertise and charge for vs what the customer receives. This company has absolutely no integrity, As you can see from the negative reviews " Consumer Beware" - shop elsewhere. If I could give the middle finger vs 1 star I absolutely would - that's what they gave me!

      Giving them one star is being kind. I ordered rock sliders for a truck for my son who is in the military. I wanted to really fix this truck up because it was his dad's truck who died last Christmas. I ordered these on December 18th. I knew I was pushing it, but the little add on the web browser said they would arrive by Dec. 24th. December 24th came and went, and I never received them. I've never received so much as a shipping confirmation. I called them 3 times last week and was put on hold for 45 minutes the first time and then they disconnected my call. I called 3 more times and was disconnected again the 2nd 2 times, and on the last call got a recording saying they're offices were closed. I have again called today with the exact same experience. At this point I just want to cancel my order. Buyers beware.

      Absolutely ********. I purchased a 750 dollar spoiler that was damaged during freight and I was told that it was my fault and it is what it is. It is very hard not to feel hatred towards Lethal Performance and Tru Fiber for ripping me off for almost a thousand dollars.
      I hope they rot in **** so I can torment them for eternity. Not even ***** would stoop so low.

      While we understand your frustration, *****, we very clearly list specific notes on our website in what to do in this situation and unfortunately none of them were followed.

      "TruCarbon packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Please inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt in the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as TruCarbon from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
      All damages must be notified to carrier and the dealer within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the distributor and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. TruCarbon, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier."

      I will highlight a few important parts for you;

      - "Please inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt in the driver's presence."

      You didn't do this

      - "Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect."

      You also didn't do this

      - "All damages must be notified to carrier and the dealer within 24 hours."

      Nor this

      You contacted us weeks after the item was delivered with no box, and the part very clearly installed on your vehicle for pictures. At that point you are to assume all responsibility for your item. I understand it may not be what you want to hear, but that doesn't mean we are responsible given this situation.
