Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is the headquarters for the Ussery ********** which owns Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables and ******** **** of ****************, both in Miami-Dade County, **.I have tried to reach out to said companies HR department, President, and finance leadership with no responses, with deliberate neglect from the company.A few months ago, ********** employees damaged my vehicle, for approximately $5,000 in damage during a routine warranty repair for a faulty AC system in a brand new MB GLE 450. I inform the dealership who offers me a loaner while they repair the vehicle, they in turn file fraudulent paperwork on the invoice claiming no damages could be found, while verbally informing me they see damages but refuse to be held ********************************** ********** employees in the service department then email me an invoice for the repair of said damages, that in a written invoice they claim never existed, and follow it up with a 30% off maintenance coupon only valid in their (2) Ussery owned dealerships.General Managers from Ussery have refused attempts at communication over this matter by ************** *** Executive Customer Relations specialists, as well as by ************* ********* Services Executive Relations specialists. All of this, on top of the fact that Ussery ********** is aware that I am mentally disabled, and even disclosed my military mental disability compensation as my income, when they secured me my current $80,000 auto loan, as a replacement for a $40,000 auto loan for a vehicle they sold me that had serious engineering issues.
