      I took my Mazda in for servicing. I bought my Mazda from a different dealership. I have never, ever been to Grieco Mazda prior to this visit. When I came home, I noticed that they switched the dealer license plate cover that had the name of the dealership from where I purchased the car to their own dealership. This was done without my permission.How dare they turn me into an advertiser for their dealership by doing something so unethical. I called and left a message with the general manager but my call was not returned.In addition, I had an 8:20am appointment on a Thursday. I waited 2 hours just for a quote and was told I would then have to wait another 2 hours to have the car fixed.Beware of this dealership.

      DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP THAT LIES TO A DISABLED VETERAN AND REFUSES TO MAKE AMENDS.When a salesperson (*****************************) repeatedly tells you that the $500 Florida Sales tax you MUST pay to get the car off the lot will be refunded as soon as the car is registered permanently in your home state.....said multiple time with assurance and clarity....no hint of I'm not sure....let me check....START RUNNING AND RUN AWAY FROM GRIECO. This is what happened to my fiance, a 100% disabled ******* Vet and a senior citizen on a FIXED INCOME. Not only did ****************** lie to both of us repeatedly, NO ONE at the dealership will own his error. NO ONE returns calls. These people are dishonest and creepy. This behavior by ****************** was done AFTER he was informed of the disabled veteran status.If we had been told that this was a charge that could not be avoided, we would have been able to make a more informed decision. As it is, we will have to report this unscrupulous dealer to BBB, Mazda Corp and shout to the world......DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE>

      Grieco Mazda ***** n needs to be fined for voiloations and fraudulent illegal abusive treatment to excellent clients.They scammed me for ****** on a dealership fee that is illegal on a lease buy out .. also changing the words to redelivevery fee . Your in big trouble now mazda .You also used me as a scape goat n mistreated ******** abusive . Now o know why . To take the focus off ur gulity fraudulent behavior .Try talking to me n treating me like that one more time or making one comment here or to me or about me i am warning you ill take u into court for slander . Say one more thing . Or one more thing about a customer you f-----g slobs .

      This is the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership. They sold me a 2022 Mazda CX-5 that has electrical issues. The main screen flashes bright neon colors in your face while driving, the rear camera does not work, the hands free option is not accessible. The dealership was made aware of this issue the next morning and I was ignored. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and it is now late Monday afternoon with no resolution. They are “trying” to provide a loaner car for me on Tuesday to have the screen fixed. There is an electrical issue. I had a screen issue with my last Mazda that they did not fix. The customer service provided by ***** and ***** has been insulting. I understand the business, but to ignore a customer who just purchased a bad vehicle from you is very poor quality. ***** is trying to work with me by answering my emails and explaining the process, but I am extremely disappointed. I never provide reviews, but my experience has been so horrible I had to. Maybe I can save someone else from having to deal with this situation.

      Where do I even begin? Purchased a pre owned vehicle that I love btw...needed to be registered out of state. Allowed them to take care of that. What a mistake...overcharged for taxes and what not by almost 1200! Dozens of emails, which were rarely responded to, dozens of phone calls never returned and finally filed a complaint with the state...almost 8 months to get my money back and probably 50 hours of research, calls, emails and unnecessary paperwork. ***** ******* the General Manager responds to negative reviews IMMEDIATELY....and thats it.......JUST STAY AWAY..

      The issues that occurred here are due to out of state taxes that were due by state regulations. The client was not happy that they had to be paid. We do not profit in collecting and processing any of these fees. A client cannot avoid these fees due at registration regardless in which state he/she buys the car. The state that the vehicle is registered in collects their fees.

      I can clarify...the client was not happy because it took 8 months to get the "overage payment" back and dozens and dozens of unanswered emails and phone calls. DOZENS! Wasnt until I filed a claim with that state that I immediately received a check. This dealership held onto $1200.00 worth of my money for 7 months. I have confirmation that my home state was paid almost immediately. once I had confirmation, I started reaching out and NOTHING. So ease up on the spin...
